He helped slow down the run and make Carroll 1 one-dimensional. He was in the backfield all night long and led the game in sacks, tackles, and pressures. Friday was no different as he led the defense. He's become the leader for the defense as you'd expect in the middle. He's hard-hitting and has no issue playing the run. He was all over the field and made big plays on both defense and special teams. He didn't have the biggest numbers, but he had big plays that helped swing momentum and keep the Pirates rolling. He plays hard and was relentless on every snap through all 4 quarters.
