Young Bucks in the Buckeye State

Hall has a solid release and throws with accuracy in the short/intermediate game. Very mobile, he can elude rushers and buy time with his feet. What's really impressive about Hall is that he is a legit dual-threat quarterback who can make plays with his legs and be a threat on the ground. Keep an eye on his development.
