WR1: North Coast Section Impact WR's

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Highlighting the North Coast Section's top wide receivers as we enter the final two weeks of the regular season. </h2>    Harper leads the NCS in receiving with 912 yards and four touchdowns on 47 receptions. The 6'2” 175 lb. WR out of Livermore has good length and natural ball skills. Smart route runner that understands how to attack coverage and create positional leverage at the catch point. Complete skillset with a wide route tree, deceptive speed, and good ability after the catch. Will be a late steal for any college program.      Gordon has been a consistent playmaker this season, hauling in 57 receptions for 872 yards and 10 touchdowns. He shows a strong drive phase with good top-end speed to separate vertically and threaten defenses downfield. Reliable and tough, he displays a strong ability to catch in traffic, maintaining focus and balance through contact. A competitive receiver who can win at all levels, he continues to prove himself as a dependable target and one of the most productive wideouts in the section.     Mosely has put together a strong season with 48 receptions for 859 yards and eight touchdowns, showcasing why he's one of the most sought-after wideouts in his class. Committed to Arizona with 15 total offers, he checks a lot of boxes when it comes to physical traits and natural athleticism. At 6'4”, he's an aggressive receiver who uses his length and leaping ability to attack the ball in the air and win contested catches. A long strider with verified 10.93 100m speed, he consistently threatens defenses vertically while maintaining body control and balance through contact. Ranked inside the top 20 at his position in the PRZ state rankings, he's a high-ceiling prospect with the size, speed, and competitiveness to make an immediate impact at the next level.      The Idaho State commit is continuing his standout career after finishing #2 in receiving during the 2024 season. As a senior, he's already racked up 809 yards and three touchdowns on 48 receptions. At 5'10”, 170 pounds, he's an advanced route runner who consistently creates separation both underneath and downfield. Possesses deceptive speed that makes him difficult to track in coverage, and his skill set allows him to be a tough matchup for defenders. A dangerous weapon after the catch, he shows the vision, agility, and balance to make defenders miss and turn short gains into big plays.     Rivera has been a key playmaker in the high-powered Acalanes offense, totaling 43 receptions for 784 yards and 11 touchdowns. At 6'0”, 180 pounds, he flashes quick, sure hands and is confident/reliable at the catch point. Shows the ability to track and adjust to the ball in midair, and after the catch, he's dangerous with smooth acceleration and the vision to turn short gains into big plays, making him a complete offensive threat. Acalanes is undefeated going into the back portion of the season and is one of the top ranked teams in the NCS.      Buckley is having a breakout season for Sonoma Valley racking up 33 receptions for 730 yards and seven touchdowns landing him sixth in the NCS. 5'11” 175 lbs. he's a creative route runner that is consistent and reliable in his ability to get open.     At 5'10”, 165 pounds, Dorsey has been a steady producer this season with 48 receptions for 700 yards and three touchdowns. He shows great burst off the line, pressing defenders and forcing early transitions with his acceleration and tempo. Possesses plus ball skills and natural hands, staying smooth and composed tracking the ball from the air to his hands. Displays strong body control and coordination, allowing him to adjust to off-target throws and finish through contact.     Ferronato is a highly talented and gifted WR that plays much bigger than his frame. Through eight games he's got 35 receptions for 677 yards and three touchdowns. Explosive off the line with great initial burst and quick twitch both on his releases and as a route runner. Does a good job snapping his routes off at the top with good angles and strong start stop speed. Tough player and great competitor that attacks the ball in the air with his hands and can beat defenses in a variety of ways at all levels of the field. Electric after the catch with high level short area speed and lateral quickness to be elusive in the open field. Can take over a game and a guy that defenses have to plan for and that has seen a lot of double coverage this year.
