Braxton is on of my favorite offensive line units in ND 11AAA, as one that each time I peak at the tape I find skillsets that he has developed on from last time. One area that is evident Braxton has improved on is his foot speed as he certainly can press the gas to get into the second level and cause chaos with his hands and hand placement, as a 2026 OL I have always been impressed iwth his motor. Another area that Braxton has grown is with his angle blocking, as he's gotten a really smooth base and you cannot miss on this kid's finish with his hands ability downhill. Braxton has been on my radar for the long haul and finally recruiters are seeing what I have been seeing all along with five offers in the NSIC.

A name that really popped out amongst the quarterback position in the Dakotas, came from Northern Cass 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='1322096' first='Hudson' last='Rietschel']. He certainly has risen the bar with how much arm strength he has throwing from the run which was clear in last week's game against EEK. He even showed off the eye-catching arm angles that caught our attention on some of his intermediate throws. He's going to be a stockriser in this 2027 class, no question about it. Twitter

It's almost weekly that you could put Kindred 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='929969' first='Sawyer' last='Hesse'] on our list, as the senior had a breakout game against Grand Forks Central. If you watch the first rep on tape from Sawyer, he throttled thru the defense like a wrecking ball that wasn't going to go down showing the ability of durability the 5'10 180 pound team captain has. His elusiveness was also evident on tape as back to back plays he showed how effective he would be in a Oklahoma drill, only except this was in a real game. This three sport athlete has to be on more radars throughout the Dakotas as he's going to move up a significant amount of spots by next update.

It might just be me, but the herd of 2026s that are under the radar in this North Dakota class, which includes Linton/Hazelton-Moffit-Braddock's [player_tooltip player_id='1226855' first='Larry' last='Umber']. Larry has progressed in a couple areas since the start of the season and you see it right away on his first clip. The get off twitch has surely not only fired with more burst but at the end of the fall season is hitting on timing. The amount of penetration Larry gets with his growing get off hands shows you why he amounted for four tackles for a loss in their region championship. If I was a Division II recruiter, I would be offering this kid for sure. Twitter

Although I haven't gotten around to our 2026 rankings yet since summer, this class boosts a kicker/punter out of Minot Bishop Ryan that college coaches need to know in Jason Spain. He posts tape every single week and what I commonly see is consistency across the board as the Lions two-way specialist. He boosts a sound distance with his punting leg with hangtime that soars high that can give the returner a tough aerial look at the ball. Mechanically,Jason by far is one of the best in this 2026 class in both areas and will be in my top-tier of the rankings for specialists in North Dakota. Surely is one to know out of Minot. Twitter
