<h2 class="wp-block-heading">From explosive playmakers who can take the top off a defense to physical targets who dominate in traffic, these prospects are putting up big numbers and leading the Central section in receiving yards.</h2>    Leading the section with 1,236 yards and 14 touchdowns on 63 receptions, Stevenson is averaging 137 yards and seven catches per game while nearly 20 yards per catch, showcasing his big-play ability. A dynamic and explosive athlete, he is dangerous after the catch, displaying elite lateral agility and top-end speed to consistently create separation and elude defenders in space. Committed to Nevada, he combines size, athleticism, and playmaking ability, making him one of the most impactful receivers in the Central Section this season.      Both top spots are held by Tulare Union receivers with Riley racking up 1,088 yards and nine touchdowns on 52 receptions. Easily runs by defenders that are in press or off coverage. He's a dynamic route runner who creates separation with smooth breaks, sharp cuts, and well-timed head fakes. Quick off the line, he handles press coverage with ease and uses lateral agility and acceleration to avoid defenders in traffic. A home-run threat every time he touches the ball, Riley turns short passes into big plays and consistently stretches defenses. His combination of speed, vision, and playmaking ability has earned him five D1 offers, including Cal, UCLA, Nevada, Fresno State, and Delaware State.      With 52 receptions for 1,061 yards and 16 touchdowns, this 6'3”, 205-pound receiver has the size, length, and athleticism ideal for the position. A long strider with good straight-line speed, he can stretch the field vertically and turn short passes into big gains after the catch. Strong at the catch point, he consistently boxes out defenders and wins 50/50 balls, showing the ability to fight through contact and make contested catches. Flashes quick hands with coordination and body control to track and adjust midflight. With eight D1 offers, he's already proven himself as one of the top emerging 2027 prospects in the area.      The impressive sophomore has 1,045 yards and 8 touchdowns on 59 receptions. At 6'3” 185 lbs. he's got the ideal blend of physical traits with his combination of length, athleticism, and natural ball skills. Downfield speed and leaping ability make him a great vertical threat but also shows the ability to separate at the short/intermediate levels with clean route running and positional leverage at the catch point. Strong and confident hands, he plays the ball away from his body to bring in receptions in tight spaces and with defenders closing down.
