Riley is an explosive playmaker that finished with 1,519 yards and 13 touchdowns on 72 receptions. 5’9” 150 lbs. his skillset thrives on his all around speed. He flashes high level twitch, suddenness, and top end speed as a route runner and ball carrier after the catch. His ability to accelerate and hit top speed quickly allows him to stack defenders and stretch the field vertically. Sharp change of direction snapping in and out of breaks cleanly and efficiently to create space. Recent Offers: SDSU, Montana State, Cal Poly
Notes: Riley is another top receiver in the state in this senior class and is an elite router runner that is quick and twitchy with downfield speed in the clear and can score from anywhere on the field. Riley should continue racking up offers before committing and be atop the state leaderboards in yardage and receptions after his final senior campaign.

One of the more explosive and versatile athletes across the central valley, Riley is a twitchy play-maker that can lineup in the backfield, slot or on the outside and is a true downfield burner that is electric in space. He checks into our updated rankings as a top five receiver in the state, and inside the top 45 overall as he heads into what should be a good season for a loaded Tulare Western squad in 2025.

Riley can effect the game in all three phases, and is a very explosive and quick twitched playmaker that does his damage from the backfield and in the slot for Tulare Union. He is explosive off the ball, is a natural pass catcher that can pluck the ball out of the air while tracking over the top, and shows he can separate off press coverage with plus short area quickness/initial burst and has open field speed as well. Riley is also very effective in the return game with vision in space and cutback abilities while not afraid of contact either when coming from the backfield. He holds one offer from Nevada, but should see others fly in through his Junior campaign and will be one of the more dangerous players the valley has to offer.

Riley had a monster freshman season racking up 67 receptions for over 1,000 yards and 15 touchdowns. At 5’8” 160 lbs. he’s a dynamic athlete with explosive speed and playmaking ability. Easily runs by defenders that are in press or off coverage. He’s a plus route runner that is smooth in and out of his breaks showing the ability to drop his hips and accelerate out at the top. Creates separation at the short and intermediate levels with sharp cuts and good head fakes to break off defenders. Love his ability to release against press coverage. He’s got great initial quickness to get into his foot fire and then work laterally to avoid contact. A homerun threat every time he touches the ball and once he finds space not many high school defenders will catch him. No offers yet but it’s only a matter of time before he shoots up rankings and recruiting boards.
