Junior season tape was posted on socials in May, which is the likely reason Becoate is still on our watch list. With his junior tape and single-game cut-ups combined, the Thomas Jefferson senior has more than enough reps to warrant a debut on our ranks. Stringing together Becoate's reps against McKeesport, Baldwin, and others, you can see Becoate serving a multi-faceted role that has him contributing quality reps in all three phases of the game. Punt-return capable, can catch the football, can provide run support from a safety spot. Becoate's full senior tape is what I'm waiting for, it'll help me properly evaluate him against his peers. For now, I'm excited to see him building up tape for collegiate suitors to turn on. Consistent production should be his focus.

Announced in April that he would be transferring to Dutch Fork HS, yet Neals is back suited up for Pine-Richland. Transfer post and late junior tape release was reason for his hold on our watch list. This is likely one of the better prospects in this entire series, yet Neals is currently unoffered to my knowledge.

5'10, 180 pounds. Putting up some impressive numbers on what is a loaded Pine-Richland attack. Neals posted a four-minute tape three days prior to the release of this article, fully encompassing the best plays for D2s and D3s to see. Should be an easy sell to coaches recruiting the area, plenty of exposure/eyes in his direction too. Slot operator who is nuanced at the top of his routes. Great second-read option for Strader, Neals makes windows look a bit wider thanks to separation he creates at the top of his routes, Strader and Neals likely share comfortable chemistry. A smart football player who is aware of his surroundings, important for a wideout who is going to eat working beside 4-star recruits. Sure hands, enough open-space wiggle to force defender to stay on their toes and break down. Great all-around asset, one who will likely play a pivotal role in Pine-Richland's future success.

5'11, 195 pounds. Some impressive max numbers self-reported via X, 4.48 40 and 4.25 shuttle time to boot. Clearly an athlete who isn't being talked enough outside of his immediate community, I admit that I should do a better job scouting the area for talent. A player of DeHoet's caliber should not be unranked this deep into his HS career.

In my defense, DeHoet doesn't have a junior tape available on Hudl, he also doesn't have senior single-games up yet either. Thankfully, those recruiting his area are still in the know of his talents, as DeHoet currently has a CalU offer under his belt. DeHoet might not have his Hudl up to date, yet he still has several clips on Twitter showing off his weekly production. I have a strong feeling PSACs out West won't let this young man go unnoticed for too long. excited to see a full year's worth of production out of the Jefferson-Morgan senior, this to see where he stacks up among his peers.

6'2, 210 pounds. 4.2 GPA. Team Captain over at Neshaminy HS. Actively being recruited by several programs out East, East Stroudsburg, Lehigh, and Stonehill, to name a few. It's unlikely Eckart will see Division One opportunities at this time in his HS career, yet we've seen far stranger things happen in the past.

Based on size, prior production, area, and grades, I find it unlikely that Eckart won't find a PSAC suitor, so long as he stays consistent in all things for the remainder of his senior season at Neshaminy. Up ten pounds from his junior playing weight, looks like a good ten pounds on tape too, not sloppy. Posted a four-minute tape on Hudl, showing off the best reps from his first four games of the season. Love the limited wasted motion in the pocket. Eckart gets the snap, sets his feet, gets his mechs in order, and hits his open men in-stride often, this often witnessed in his junior tape as well. Is a threat to tuck on read-option sets, looks comfortable operating in an offense with a ton of moving parts, 11 personnel frequently comes up on tape. Can flash natural arm talent on the run, can give you some mundane pocket play while simultaneously blending that with some great improvisational skills. Looks like he can operate RPO sets, with many reps having Eckart work a mesh with his back, only to hit backside slants if the key defender demands the action. Impressive senior tape from a District One kid. He'll debut on our ranks well.

Unsure about Ward's weight, his build looks great on tape. 40 carries for 462 yards through three early weeks. Ten total touchdowns, securing scores on the ground, as a pass-catcher, and as a passer himself. These numbers are only after three games, it's likely he's produced past the stat lines above, Ward is creating quite the buzz on socials.

Surprised a player of his caliber is unoffered at this time, that'll change with more weeks of production, I wouldn't worry. Hudl first-three shows off five minutes worth of great reps primarily at back. Could dabble with other positions at the next level, yet I can't deny Ward a high placement when it's time to re-evaluate 2026 running backs. Tape proves he has the frame to handle the physicality next-level ball demands. Not a pass-catching back at first glance, yet tape proves he can provide reps on all three downs. Hits holes in front of him quick, often having backers guessing and/or late to their assignments. Can stay upright after contact, runs with fantastic balance and forward momentum. Will debut high on our lists. Hope to see more of him moving forward.
