Liam has faced stout defenses and has held his own. He's improved his processing rate and has done well with getting the ball out on time and getting into rhythm. If he can get into a good flow early and get ahead in the chains, it'll set them up for a second half finish against Logan.

Ortiz has been the bell cow back for the past couple of seasons. He has good contact balance and does well creating additional yards on his own. He is a runner with a good short burst and does well as an in-between the tackles runner. If he can get going early and convert on 3rd downs, it'll go a long way in limiting the amount of possessions for Logan. He's a complete back and shows soft hands in the receiving game.

Makai is the best athlete on the team and has been leaned on as a two-way player this year. He's been asked to take on a bigger role on offense and be the WR1 in the offense. He does well in creating separation and he shows good hands and can create after the catch. He's been the go to target and has been the most efficient player on offense, if he can get off to a good start, it should go a long way for Northridge to pull off a tough road win.

Braxton has done well with the short to intermediate routes this season. He's been able to create separation early and been schemed up. He has good vision and does well being elusive. If he can get going early and help move the chains, it'll get the offense into a good flow state early.

Zion has been a big playmaker on the defense. He's been productive and shows a good first step off the line. He has good instincts and has done well creating pressure. He uses his leverage to his advantage and shows quick hands. If he's able to create pressures early, it'll set the tempo for the defense.

Logan

Easton has improved his game through the first quarter of the season. Non region play has helped him face different defenses and he's seen different looks. He's improved his processing time, his delivery is more compact, and he's improved his ball placement. With the subtle changes and improvements, he's primed to have an exceptional finish to the season and show has skillset during region play.

Kayden has stepped up to be the go to target in the offense. He is a big play threat and does well at the catch point and comes up big in key situations. He's been instrumental in high leverage situations and he'll look to continue his hot streak against a good Northridge secondary.

Kolt has been asked to be a two-way player this year and on offense, he's done well in moving the chains and being an effective option on offense and creating on his own. He does well in the short to intermediate routes. On defense, he's done well sticking to his receiver and shows good hip fluidity. He does well in disrupting passing lanes and has limited big plays.

Mason has been used all over the field. On offense, he's been asked to take on the lead back role and does well as a passing option. He shows good hands and is an extension of the run when used as a dump off option. He has a good frame and is finding his footing as a running back. On defense, he's been effective in limiting big plays and has been all over the field. He's done a good job reacting and closing ground. He'll be tasked to limit the big plays and stopping Northridge on key 3rd downs.

That was our look at Northridge at Logan.

This should be a fun matchup. Both teams have signal callers that are primed to breakout and both passing attacks are primed for big efforts. Let's take a look at some key players.
