After uncharacteristically allowing 40 plus points a week ago, Coach Overton's defense responded holding Good Counsel off the scoreboard after halftime. [player_tooltip player_id='1297679' first='Matt' last='Holland'] made his presence known early with an interception that seemed to give the Strivers the early confidence they needed. He has done that a few times this season, grab an early turnover and set the tone, just how the coaching staff wanted him too. He was everywhere and has the makings of a linebacker at the next level too. He has top end speed and get out in coverage with backs and tight ends too.
