[player_tooltip player_id='568192' first='Tommy' last='Carr'] was just as sharp as I had hoped. Carr overcame a shaky start to show off his whole skill set by the end of the game. He had some great throws as he stood tall in the pocket and delivered some strikes, and also had multiple plays that showed off some athleticism. He was able to scramble, keep his eyes downfield and throw on the run accurately and timely. His poise and confidence was infectious to the rest of the team. I am fully confident that Carr will be great at the next level. Miami (OH) got a good one!

Coming into the game as the most highly touted prospect on the field, Keyes went out there and reminded everyone what he could do. It wasn't his biggest game, but he was incredibly productive. He showed off great versatility, blocking in the run game, running short crossers as an in-line TE, or even splitting out and working in space. His size, speed and great hands are a mismatch for almost everyone at the high school level. Huge season incoming for the Georgia commit.

Austin had a big-time game and proved that he could be the one to take the top off the defense. 2 catches in particular were deep bombs that swung the momentum back in Saline's favor. He's quick. Can absolutely fly. He has great hands and runs clean routes. Rockford struggled to contain him, and I am going to say a TON of others will struggle to contain him as well this season. HUGE weapon to balance out Keyes for this Saline team.

The Princeton commit was everywhere on Thursday night! Great job by him impacting the game on both sides of the ball. He ran the ball well, running through arm tackles and gritting out some tough yards. Defensively, he forced a fumble, made multiple tackles and was in the QB's face all night long. Rockford had a hard time stopping his never-ending motor and relentless pursuit. Multiple times he came from the back side or from the other side of the field to make a play nowhere near where he was. Princeton is getting an absolute stud!

No surprise Louis absolutely stuck out as a top performer on Thursday. Whether in the run game or passing game, Esposito consistently won his reps. He did make a couple of mistakes, but once he did and got coached up, he didn't make them again. In fact, he made up for them the next play by burying his guy and getting to the 2nd level, or winning his passing protection rep. He was coachable, never got complacent or lazy, and was able to elevate the play of the whole offensive line.
