Jadd had himself a day against Fossil Ridge. The 5'6 140 pound RB carried the ball 21 times for 135 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also had 1 reception for 50 yards and 1 touchdown. Jadd is a mighty mouse, running through the defender. He has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, and good change of direction. He has an explosive quick start and uses his good vision to find a route through the defense. He's a weaver, but also isn't afraid of putting his shoulder down to create contact. Jadd has good balance, and bounces off the tacklers. He has good inside running and has shown to have good reliable hands out of the backfield this season. Watch out for Jadd as he continues to bruise through defenses this season.

Nico's hunger is on full display this season. Through 2 games, he has 24 total tackles (15 solo, 9 assisted), 1 INT, 3 QB pressures. Wow, boy am I impressed with his growth as a player. He has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, change of direction, lateral agility, and good jumping. Mavromat has a quick twitch in his game, allowing him explosive take offs. He's a very productive blitzer. Very good read and reaction time. Very good range. He'll run across the field to make the tackle. Very good tackler. Stops the ball carrier instantly. He plugs up gaps for his defense, and lays the boom on ball carriers. Good block shedding. He's a big hitter, and very physical. Took out the blocking TE, and got the tackle on the running back resulting in a 1 yard gain. Mavromat is productive on special teams as well. He brings the same fire and energy to special teams. On a punt, he even took out 2 blockers by himself. He's been gunning to be one of the top linebackers in the state, and his work is paying off.

Sorenson is a 3 sport athlete between football, basketball, and track. The 5'8 150-pound receiver showed his consistency as a receiver against Cherokee Trail. He had 6 receptions for 70 yards. He is all over the field. In week 1, he lined up as running back and used as the option QB. In week 2, he was a receiver, corner, and a punter. What can't he do? He has very good speed, good acceleration, and change of direction. The offense uses him a lot with motions and screens. Good body control and awareness to get in front of DBs on sideline passes. Good catching, and ball tracking skills. As a corner, he is very physical and loves to tackle. Good reaction time. As a punter, he shows off his very good kick power and accuracy. He has the ability to flip the field with ease. Sorenson is a very versatile player, and I wouldn't be surprised if ThunderRidge leans more on him in different way this season.

Heimlicher has been putting together an impressive junior season for Cherry Creek. The 6'4 206 defensive end has 20 total tackles (7 solo, 13 assisted), 3 TFL, and 3 sacks. He has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, lateral agility, good speed, and change of direction. He uses his quick burst at the line of scrimmage and very good hand speed to engage first the with tackle. Very good hand strength and hand placement. Very good bend around the edge. Very good get off speed and block shedding. He disengages against the OL, and gets the tackle. Heimlicher shows off his good awareness by putting his arms up to create pass deflections. He runs with a head full of steam and is good on QB contains. Colleges looking for some extra power on the edge rushing side, need to look at Colton. I believe he has a very good season ahead of him.

Case is on fire to start the season. Through 2 games, he has 19 carries for 168 yards and 3 touchdowns, 3 receptions for 94 yards and 2 touchdowns, paired with 2 INTs and a TFL. Wow, talk about a start to the season. He has very good athletic ability due to elite acceleration, balance, very good speed, change of direction, and jumping. Very good release at the LOS against both off coverage and press jam. Consistently creates separation with his athletic ability, fighting through contact, or finding a soft spot in the zone. Smooth and fluid route running who makes catching look seamless. Very good vision as a running back to weave through the defense. Very good body control and adjustments. Very good catching and ball tracking, especially with INTs. I'm genuinely surprised with the lack of action from colleges to Case. He's a gamebreaker on the tape.
