Georgia High School Standouts in Catoosa County

Catoosa County is one of the many underrated areas in the state of Georgia with plenty of talent. The county has produced tons of talent as of late, as they have some of the more underrated guys in Northwest Georgia. This county is featured by three teams that all hate each other but all have respect for the talent each of the schools produces.   Here's five names that you need to know from Catoos County, including three new names to be headlined on Prep Redzone Georgia.    The Heritage High School wide receiver has great size and physical abilities. Stoker has been one of the names to know, because he has the typical size and physicality of a tight end, but has great route running. The vertical threat is one of the better players in the area when it comes to being a go-getter. He is a phenomenal player in the short game as well, with strong hands at the catch point. He is a true wide receiver one that is better on the outside and even with his outside-the-numbers cuts.     Foster is quite the ball player on the outside. He brings a healthy set of speed and size. Mostly impresses with the ability to blow up the short plays like screens thanks to his downhill speed. He is someone who plays both ways, but his defensive back traits are where I like him the most at this time. Foster's physical traits allow him to make plays. Would still like to see some improvement in the deep game, but he continues to improve in that aspect as well as his overall game.     [player_tooltip player_id='860109' first='Haddon' last='Fries'] is one of the more impressive running backs in the area due to his speed and his video game-like elusiveness. He is someone who will play with a lot of violence, despite having a small stature. He is small, but bulky, and if there was one position that would pass at... it would be the running back position. He is someone who has made a great effort on offense, as he was able to walk away with a huge game against their rivals, the Heritage Generals, as he forced the play of the game with the forced fumble, and was running with some force. His vision is one of the best I have seen this year, and I would fully expect a college program to take a shot with Fries.     [player_tooltip player_id='1776960' first='Jared' last='Mitchell'] is a great ball player in the state of Georgia, who plays both offense and defense for the LFO Warriors. Mitchell is someone who can be very explosive if given the chance at the next level. Mitchell is extremely quick with fast hands that help him make some great catches. Mitchell is extremely physical, especially at the catch point, which is shown in his defensive film. He is extremely tough to bring down and brings many similar traits to a physical wide receiver even at the next level. He is college-ready and is one of the more polished names in the area.     Donald is just a flat out ball player. He is extremely good on his cuts, which allows him to pick up more yards on the ground, and allows him to be effective in the pass game. He is someone that trusts the process of the play, and someone that can alter his path if needed with quick decision making. I really like his aggression to cut and take an open hole, or even a narrow one without hesitation. Even if he makes the wrong cut (barely ever will), he does it at 100%, which is all you could want out of the prospect.
