The first three weeks of the season have passed, and we'll be highlighting prospects who have produced highlight tapes for their first few games. Colleges will evaluate prospect film from the first three games of the season to assess their progress from last year and the off-season, as they update their recruiting boards. Here are some TE prospects to check out from the first three weeks of the season with film!

2026 Wheeling Central TE/LB [player_tooltip player_id='1473308' first='Max' last='Olejasz'] has done a nice job for the Maroon Knights on offense, but his play on defense has been excellent. The two-way star picked up his first D1 offer from Morehead State this summer, and you can see why programs at that level would be intrigued with his potential. Olejasz will get going more as a pass catcher the remainder of the season, and has made a difference maker at outside linebacker with 2 interceptions. More college programs should keep a close eye on Olejasz the rest of the season as a high-ceiling and high-upside prospect.

Another 2026 TE prospect who has also had a great first three games on defense is Doddridge County's [player_tooltip player_id='866670' first='Landon' last='Thomas']. He's been dominant at defensive end for the Bulldogs with 8 TFLs and 2 sacks, and a plethora of QB hurries. Thomas is primarily a big receiver on offense, where he's caught 10 passes for 133 yards and 4 scores in about 2 full games of play due to lopsided scores. He'll showcase his offensive ability more throughout the season with some big matchups coming in the future, but Thomas has given colleges another position to project him at.

Grafton's [player_tooltip player_id='1605766' first='Brayden' last='White'] has moved to TE this season for the Bearcats after playing offensive line in the past, and has shown some good things there through the first three weeks. White is also having a nice senior season at defensive end, where he could also project at the next level. As a TE, White has brought his blocking prowess over from his OL and has done a great job in the running game in that regard. He's yet to show his potential as a pass catcher during the first few weeks, but White is a formidable and physical blocker with good technique from his past OL experience.

We have 2027 Man TE/DL [player_tooltip player_id='1154922' first='Jake' last='Endicott'] ranked as a defensive lineman right now, but he's making noise as a tight end this season for the Hillbillies. He's a large athlete who could project at either position at the next level and has done some very good things during his career at both spots. Endicott sees a lot of reps as a FB/H-Back in their scheme and has the athleticism to take handoffs on some dive plays. He's a load to bring down in Class and is bigger than a majority of the defensive linemen at that level.

Logan is off to a 3-0 start for the first time since 2022, due in large part to 2028 TE/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='1309692' first='Lucas' last='Lambert']. We're projecting him as a tight end prospect moving forward after getting more film since ranking him this summer, and he's shown why we consider him the #1 player at that position and Top 10 overall in his class. Lambert has rare athleticism for his 6'3 230 size and age for a sophomore, and has made some eye-opening plays this season for the Wildcats that you wouldn't expect for a player at his stature. He moves extremely well and can change direction at a high level with very good agility for his size. Lambert is a no-doubt D1 FBS prospect in our eyes and is likely to receive his first offer before the end of the season.
