<p>Clear Fork's opener came down to the wire, and Evans delivered. The junior kicker calmly drilled a <strong>28-yard field goal as time expired</strong> to lift the Colts past Perkins, 17-14. He was also perfect on extra points and chipped in with rushing and receiving yards, proving he's more than just a specialist. Evans showed why special teams can be the difference between winning and losing.</p>

<p>Riddle was nearly unstoppable in Heath's season opener, pounding out <strong>229 rushing yards and three touchdowns</strong> on 25 carries. A physical senior back with the vision to find cutback lanes, Riddle set the tone for the Bulldogs' offense and showed he can handle a workhorse role all season long.</p>

<p>Even in a loss to Clear Fork, Carter flashed star potential by throwing for <strong>312 yards and two touchdowns</strong> against a tough Colts defense. Just a junior, Carter has the arm talent to push the ball vertically and the composure to keep plays alive when the pocket breaks down. He's a name to keep an eye on in Northern Ohio this fall.</p>

<p>Koenig showed his two-way impact in Alder's season opener, scoring on a <strong>95-yard kickoff return</strong> while also pulling in five receptions for 84 yards. Defensively, he added multiple tackles and pass breakups. A versatile junior who can flip momentum in an instant, Koenig will be a key piece for Alder on both sides of the ball.</p>

At 5'9”, 160 pounds, the junior wideout is a precise route-runner with strong football IQ and reliable hands. Still early in his development, Imke is a player to watch in Northwest Ohio as he continues to grow into a major weapon for the Trojans.</p>
