The senior back carried the ball 36 times for 239 yards and three touchdowns in a one-point win over East Knox. He accounted for nearly all of Northridge's ground production, adding a two-point conversion that proved vital in the victory. His blend of vision, stamina, and toughness makes him the heartbeat of the Vikings' offense.</p>

The senior bulldozed his way to 205 yards and four touchdowns on 34 carries in a 27-12 win over Marion-Franklin. Three of those scores came in the second half, showcasing his ability to close games. Kirby's north-south style and balance through contact are going to keep the Blue Aces competitive all year.</p>

<p>History was made at Hartley on opening night. Senior running back <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='402356' first='Robert' last='Lathon']</strong> not only broke the program's all-time rushing record, but also set a new single-game mark with 309 yards and six touchdowns in a shootout win over Elyria Catholic. Now at 4,867 career yards, Lathon combines burst, power, and vision at a level that makes him one of the most productive backs in the state. His stock will only rise as he closes in on the 5,000-yard career milestone.</p>

<p>When you score on nearly every touch, people notice. <strong>Hayden Love</strong> had one of the most explosive nights in Ohio during Week 1, turning four of his five receptions into touchdowns. He finished with 240 receiving yards and scores from 80, 90, 39, and 20 yards in a shutout win over Utica. Love's combination of straight-line speed and ball-tracking ability makes him a nightmare for defenses and a major weapon in the Trojans' passing game.</p>

<p>The Tigers have a long history of producing playmakers, and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='402357' first='Rocco' last='Williams']</strong> just wrote his name into the record book. The senior quarterback threw for a program single-game record 337 yards, completing 15 of 19 passes with three touchdowns in a 45-14 win over Gahanna. He also added 51 rushing yards, showing he can hurt defenses with his legs as well. Williams' poise and accuracy could make Pick Central a dangerous team this season.</p>
