He threw for 359 yards in a 43-26 win over Seneca Valley. Devine has great size (6'4") and moves well for his size, which is impressive. He has the skills to improve and be even better this season. He ran the ball, caught the ball, and even blocked well from the running back position. As a runner, he is a classic downhill running back. He does a great job of being patient, then exploding through the hole. He rushed for 188 yards for Penn-Trafford in a 34-31 win over Norwin. Grabowski also showed a good ability to catch the ball out of the backfield. He is a type of wide receiver who can do it all on the field. He has excellent hands and runs good routes. Hein had a fantastic performance in his 1st game of the season. He had 142 yards receiving with 4 touchdowns. Hein continues to show that he is one of the best wide receivers in the WPIAL and the State. He threw for 235 yards on 8 of 9 passing. He also rushed 7 times for 77 yards. He had a total of 5 touchdowns, 3 passing and 2 receiving. Crouse is a great athlete, and as a quarterback, he can make it work from inside or outside the pocket. He is a true dual-threat quarterback who is good with his arm and his legs. In a 35-23 win over Brashear, he rushed for 150 yards as he was the bell cow for Cornell. He had a huge game throwing the ball as he threw for 241 yards in a blowout victory over Franklin Regional. He shows a great ability to set his feet and throw the ball in the pocket. He is accurate when he throws the ball, and he has good touch on the ball. He is also a good runner, as he chipped in with 49 yards rushing on Friday night. He had 17 tackles during the game, including 2 tackles for loss. Lutz's biggest strength is that he can play in space. He does a good job of playing in space and making plays all over the field against opposing offenses. He is also a good tackler who tackles well in the open field. Hopefully, he got to rest after the game, because he was busy during this game for Quaker Valley. Gerst is an excellent in-the-box linebacker. He does a good job making tackles in or near the line of scrimmage. He is an excellent run defender by making a ton of tackles. Gerst and Hempfield are a team to keep an eye out for, as they appear to be much improved this season. Kennedy's ability to make defenders miss in space is excellent.
