<p>We are excited to present the 20 esteemed members of our preseason All-State team for the Class of 2026. We expect these prospects to either continue their path of dominance or breakout in a major way.</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1301127' first='Wesley' last='Tapp'] is an Arkansas quarterback who has not been talked about often this off-season. His talent, skill set, and leadership abilities are remarkable. He displays a quick release, a strong arm, and good velocity. His velocity allows him to fit the ball into tight windows. He has solid pre-snap vision, allowing him to read and dissect defenses post-snap. He anticipates windows with good ball placement at all levels of the field, leading his receivers over the top or on breaks. He'll be playing at the P4 level. Hodges can exploit openings with a good burst of speed that helps him separate from defenders at the first level. He showcases good foot quickness, lateral quickness, and COD. This enables him to navigate through gaps effectively and make decisive cuts in the backfield or evade defenders in space. He can play off-ball linebacker, off the edge, and occasionally at safety. Off the edge, he showcases a good upfield burst, use of hands, and pad level to shed blockers. His quickness allows him to pressure and beat offensive tackles effectively. He is fluid and athletic with physicality, good footwork, transition ability, and attentiveness at the point of the catch. Williams displays good read-and-react ability. He can change direction quickly due to his good fluidity. His burst allows him to break on the ball against the run and make tackles in space. As a wide receiver, he displays a quick release against Man Coverage due to good foot quickness coupled with acceleration and balance, allowing him to eat up space quickly. He can quickly create separation over the top, showcasing a remarkable stop-and-go capability that causes defenders to commit. His ability to separate on breaks is due to good COD , body control, balance, and burst. He has strong hands, good hand-eye coordination, ball tracking, and body control, enabling him to catch the ball from his frame and secure catches in the contest. Davis can also adjust mid-route to snag passes that are behind or too high, high-pointing the football. At running back, he displays good post-snap vision and patience, reading first-level defenders and locating running lanes, bursting through gaps with good burst.
