The 6'1 180 pounder is one of best high traffic pass-catchers in the state at the moment as his mix of vertical and athleticism blend well from what I saw on tape. If you want a durable pass catcher that already can gain yards thru contact, Carter is one that you will want to watch this fall as he shows peeks at it on his 8th grade tape, but my gut feeling he's gotten even better over the last several months of training and with 7v7.
