He has excellent mechanics and footwork in the pocket. His ability to sit in the pocket and throw the ball is excellent, as he reads the defense well and then delivers an excellent football to his receivers. Then, when he faces pressure, he is able to scramble and run around to make plays with his feet. His ability to run around and make plays from his outside linebacker position is impressive. I especially like how he reads the plays and then attacks the offense. He is good at keeping contain and making tackles on the outside or forcing the ball carrier inside. He is also a good tackler who rarely misses a tackle. He also shows good pass coverage skills. He recently picked up an offer from McPherson College, a Division 2 College. As a safety, he has excellent coverage skills, as he reads the receiver and the quarterback's eyes well. Then he breaks on the ball well and does an excellent job getting his hands on passes thrown in his direction. He also comes upfield and tackles well in the open field. Billman is also a good slot receiver who does a good job of making defenders miss in the open field. He is a good guard who does a nice job as a run blocker. His ability to fire off and block defensive players is impressive. I like how he combo blocks defensive players and can work to the next level. He also moves his feet well to stay in front of defenders in pass blocking. He is also good after the catch by making defenders miss in space. His body control in catching passes over the middle is excellent. Jacoby is a difference maker at slot receiver. He has great size (6'4") and strength. He gets off the ball quickly as he is a disruptive force as a defensive tackle. He shows good athleticism as he is disruptive inside as a defensive tackle. He also has a motor that never quits as he chases and plays all over the field.
