His ability to make defenders miss and use his speed to glide past defenders is impressive. He is also a physical and tough running back who is hard to tackle inside the tackles. He is also good in space, where he has the quickness to make defenders miss. His ability to run routes and create separation is exceptional. He has wide receiver skills in a tight end's body. He also has excellent hands, as he catches the ball well in between defenders. He is also a good blocker who blocks on the edge well. He has an offer from Old Dominion already, but I expect more offers to come his way. His quickness and burst as a running back are excellent. Then, as a defensive back, he has good coverage skills. On one play, I saw him chase down a running back downfield. He should have a good chance at starting or at least rotating in as a defensive tackle for Wilson this season. He gets off the ball quickly and shows good athleticism. The biggest area of strength is how he plays in space. Kramer is excellent at playing in space and reading his keys. Then, when the play is either a run or a pass, he does a good job taking the proper angle against the offense. He is also a good tackler, who tackles in the open field at a high level. He is also excellent against the run. He comes upfield and makes many tackles. He does a good job of reading the plays and making the right recognition. He is also good at blitzing and attacking offenses. He is also good at running sideline-to-sideline chasing plays all over the field. Looking at his film from a recent camp he attended, he continues to shine as a defensive force. He is a good athlete who is excellent in the open field. He could see the field as a running back or a wide receiver. He is also a good defensive back with excellent skills. Greer is a talented player in the 2028 class.
