Mason Young Mason Young 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB Wilson | 2026 State PA had a good game against William Penn on Friday night. In a 28-14 win, he has 3 passing touchdowns. His best pass of the game was a 76-yard touchdown. It was a great throw by Young as he put the perfect amount of touch on the ball. Young has had a strong year throwing the football for Wilson. His ability to sit in the pocket and pick apart a defense is impressive. Wilson plays top-seeded Central York next week, so it will be a battle, and Young will need to continue his hot season.

Mason Young Mason Young 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB Wilson | 2026 State PA is another 1st year starting quarterback and is playing well for Wilson. He threw for 187 yards and 4 touchdowns in a win over Cedar Crest. The dual-threat quarterback also ran for 62 yards in the victory. Young is starting to play at a high level for a Wilson team that is having a good year. Young’s ability to be a good quarterback inside and outside the pocket makes him an excellent quarterback. For his performance this season, he deserves a game ball.

Mason Young Mason Young 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB Wilson | 2026 State PA had an impressive 1st varsity start for Wilson. He showed an ability to play well inside and outside the pocket. Inside the pocket, he has good footwork and mechanics. I like how he has quiet feet and delivers a good ball to his receivers. Then he is a good athlete who, when the play breaks down, can scramble around and make plays with his feet. He shows the ability to take off and run, but he also shows the ability to scramble around and throw the ball to find open receivers. He was efficient in week one, going 15/18 for 187 yards. Young has a chance to be a special player this season for Wilson.

Mason Young Mason Young 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB Wilson | 2026 State PA has no film from last year, but he is in a competition for the starting quarterback job this year. Looking at some of his films from the off-season, he has the tools to be a good quarterback. He has a good arm and excellent mechanics. He has a chance if he wins the job to be a good quarterback for Wilson.
