The 2026 rankings have grown to 250 total prospects in the state of West Virginia, with many new athletes seeing themselves place among them. After a summer of getting out to camps, watching film, and new college offers, here are the new players who made the 2026 Top 150.

A new name on our radar this off-season who impressed when watching his film was 2026 Cabell Midland LB [player_tooltip player_id='1690441' first='Turner' last='Bailey']. He makes his debut in the rankings as a Top 15 linebacker in the class with the potential to climb higher this season. Bailey picked up his first offer earlier this summer from WV State and should add to that list with a solid senior season. He has quality size and an athletic build with the versatility to play inside or outside linebacker, which gives him further upside for the next level.

One of the more under-the-radar prospects in the 2026 class who fellow talented teammates have overshadowed is University WR [player_tooltip player_id='1270648' first='Logan' last='Deel']. The Hawks have a bevy of talented receivers, one of the best groups in the state, so Deel hasn't received the recognition he's deserving of yet. He's nursing an injury heading into his senior season, which hasn't allowed him to participate at camps this summer, and aids in his lack of college attention. University will have a lot of mouths to feed in their offense this fall, but don't overlook Deel as a prospect with value to offer colleges.

An under-the-radar offensive lineman who is beginning to receive college attention is 2026 Parkersburg South OL [player_tooltip player_id='894892' first='Brody' last='Nesselrotte']. WV State extended Nesselrotte his first college offer last month, with more sure to come this season once he has some senior film. At 6'3 295, Nesselrotte possesses the ideal size for a D2 guard at the next level, with film to back it up. While there's no full season highlight tape to evaluate, Nesselrotte has enough of a sample size to get on more college radars heading into his final season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1683404' first='Zeke' last='Lewis'] is someone who impressed us at the Fairmont State Prospect Camp earlier this summer and debuts in the rankings just outside of the Top 15 of 2026 linebackers. Production at that position was light last season, but Lewis should have more opportunities there as a senior. He's fully capable of playing fullback or a short-yardage running back at the next level, with underrated athleticism for his size. Lewis has an impressive physical build that we saw in person and moves well for his size, which will give him options in college.

A new name to us when searching for film this summer was 2026 Hampshire OL [player_tooltip player_id='1692254' first='Carlos' last='Chavez-Trejo']. He immediately stood out on film from an imposing physical stature standpoint. At 6'3 300, size alone should catch colleges' attention for his services, even with a limited amount of film to evaluate. Chavez-Trejo played mostly right tackle last season, but has the ideal build and frame to slide inside at the next level. His strength and power were apparent in the film available of his junior season.

2026 Tucker County WR/DB [player_tooltip player_id='1139036' first='Reid' last='Kisamore'] is someone we saw live a ton this summer and makes his debut in the 2026 rankings as a Top 150 player and one of the best 20 receivers in the state. He has serious upside on both sides of the ball as a receiver or defensive back and produces at each position. Kisamore has a lot of raw athleticism for colleges to utilize as a consistent top performer during testing at each camp we saw him at. He's primed for his best season as a senior for the Mountain Lions and is peaking at the right time as a prospect.

No game film to evaluate from 2026 Princeton OL [player_tooltip player_id='1324950' first='Kolton' last='Shockley'], but he impressed at the Concord Prospect Camp that we attended last month. He earned an offer from the Mountain Lions that day and was a top performer among the offensive line group. While Shockley may be the smallest among Princeton's loaded offensive line group, he's been a leader and a multi-year starter for the Tigers who plays well above his size.

[player_tooltip player_id='895003' first='Wyatt' last='Brady'] earns our #1 long snapper ranking and debuts inside of the Top 150 in the 2026 rankings. He earned his first offer from his hometown school, Wheeling University, earlier this summer and is deserving of more looks this fall. Brady is also a highly productive linebacker who could certainly play that position at the next level, potentially even at the D2 level, but has a bright future as a long snapper in college. He has a quality wrestling background to utilize as well, where he's earned college recognition as a talented multi-sport athlete for the Knights.

Herbert Hoover should have a dynamic passing attack in 2025, with 2026 WR [player_tooltip player_id='1692266' first='Sam' last='Kee'] being one of their top targets. He was an All-State player as a junior, and is a reliable pass catcher for the Huskies who you can count on to make a big play when you need one. Kee has sticky hands and excels in contested catches as someone you'd feel comfortable throwing the ball up to and letting him go make a play. In his film against Wayne, he was often double-bracketed, which speaks to the respect opposing teams give him and the threat that he is.
