MD/DC Recruiting Report : Recent Commits and First Offers

Focused on FCS level commits that are steals for those programs of some highly rated players. He had double digit total offers from the likes of UMass, Sac State, UNH, and Howard but he chose to stay local with the Tigers. It's a great get for Towson in my opinion as Kobe is a top 100 overall player in the MD/DC/DE area. He is a player I've see live plenty over the years, as well as a few times this spring where he has really impressed and taken his game up a notch. A dynamic slot WR who plays bigger than his size and can make the tough catch. Kobe was a 2nd Team All-WCAC last season and I expect similar results for his senior campaign. He plays a magnitude of positions for his team, lining up at QB/RB/WR/LB - he is a versatile playmaker. Just earlier this week Wiggins picked up his first offer from Central Connecticut State. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">Last season he had over 900 total yards and 15 total TDs. On film Gabriel shows impressive speed, able to hit the lane &amp; go and running by defenders for big plays. He plays fast, physical, and aggressive on both sides of the ball. Running hard and fighting for yards on offense and a missile to the ball on defense. With some strong earlier season senior film I expect many more FCS schools to take a strong look at Gabriel and some offers to come his way. Going to an IVY League school fits for Quinn as he 4.1 GPA student with an 1190 SAT score. He had a fantastic showing at the National Preps Spring Showcase, being a top OL at the event. Brown is getting a strong, physical interior OL who plays with power and nasty. Quinn can run his feet, get into the defenders chest and will bury guys in the dirt. A play style that matches what Brown's OL coach Coach Morrissey likes from his OL play. He recently picked up his first offer from Shenandoah after camping there the other week. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>An edge rusher who can bend, get round the OT's shoulder and flatten to the QB. He finished last season totaling 43 tackles, 9 TFLs and 6 sacks. Logan plays with a high motor and big stride that eats up grass. He has a good wide shoulder frame that can easily carry another ~30lbs over time. The #15 overall rated DL in the 2026 rankings, Tymiere is a strong pick up for Merrimack as he is on his way to having a stellar senior year this fall.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A powerful DT with burst and athleticism. Tymiere shows twitchy hips for a defensive lineman. He can get down the line and is a high motor player. Off the snap he is physical, shows active hands and plays with high intensity. He was offered by Bates College today, and earlier in the week secured offers from Amherst and Carleton College. No surprise why those schools would be interested in his services as Justin is a high academic prospect with a 3.7 GPA and 1280 SAT score.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A prospect who continues to improve and has a ton of upside still as he is still new to the game. Justin looks the part on the hoof with a big chest, wide shoulders and strength throughout. Justin had an impressive showing at the National Preps Spring Showcase back in May. He displayed his overall athleticism, quick feet, and nice lateral agility. Pair that with his strength and power and you have a lot checked boxes for traits you want to see from an OL prospect.
