The recent Central Conn. State commit makes his rankings debut just outside the top 150 and is a top 20 player at his position. Having a monster season this fall on both sides of the ball, Gabriel was one of top athletes out of DC. On the season he put up over 2,200 total yards with 1,158 of those being receiving yards and 26 total TDs. Gabriel was a playmaker on defense as well with 7 INTs on the season, 1 pick six and 74 total tkls, 9 of those for tfls.
Gabriel is muscled up player with good build for either side of the ball at 6’0″ 200lbs. He’s got nice twitch, speed and playmaking ability at the receiver spot. On defense at the S spot, he has great ball skills, with range and anticipation. Able to contribute in multiple facets, don’t be suprised to see Gabriel get some early field time at Central Conn. in
I am truly excited to announce my commitment to Central Connecticut State to continue my academic and athletic journey at the next level! Im beyond blessed for this opportunity and everyone who supported me. My family, Coaches, teammates, and friends @ccsu_fb pic.twitter.com/KAKE1V22hW

Gabriel is a do it all athlete for Phelps ACE in DC and is a nice size prospect at 6’1″ 215. He plays a magnitude of positions for his team, lining up at QB/RB/WR/LB – he is a versatile playmaker. Just earlier this week Wiggins picked up his first offer from Central Connecticut State.
Last season he had over 900 total yards and 15 total TDs. On film Gabriel shows impressive speed, able to hit the lane & go and running by defenders for big plays. He plays fast, physical, and aggressive on both sides of the ball. Running hard and fighting for yards on offense and a missile to the ball on defense. With some strong earlier season senior film I expect many more FCS schools to take a strong look at Gabriel and some offers to come his way. He is a player I am looking forward to getting eyes on this fall as well and one who could make a strong debut on the next 2026 rankings.
I am blessed to EARN my first D1 offer from the University of central Connecticut @coachrankin_ @Coach_Brooks314 @ccsu_fb @CoachTay_C2C @_boobie16 @wtgssports pic.twitter.com/IACg2bTu4t
