The Lindbergh Flyers hosted a contact camp with three other teams, including a team from Illinois. Here are some of the players who stood out at the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='1591093' first='Jack' last='Hessler'], TE Lindbergh 2026
The 6'6" 240 recent Lindenwood commit looked good pulling double duty at both Tight End and Defensive End. Hessler is quick and fast at his size that creates big match-up problems on both sides of the ball. On offense he is a big target that runs good routes and is a reliable set of hands catching the ball. On defense he is explosive and gets off the ball in a hurry coming off the edge to rush the quarterback.

[player_tooltip player_id='1125480' first='Collin' last='Sinclair'], QB Orchard Farm 2026
One of the more underrated quarterbacks in the state. The 6'2" 205 signal-caller is a true dual threat who threw for over 2,200 yards 27 touchdowns and rushed for almost 1,000 yards and 16 more touchdowns as a junior. Collin had a good day leading his team and is a smooth player with good technique who sees the field well makes good reads and decisions. He has a strong, accurate arm and doesn't force his throws. He is a playmaking threat who deserves more college attention.

[player_tooltip player_id='1128395' first='Jay'Veon' last='Scott'], RB Lift For Life 2026
At 6'3" 200 running the ball Scott is a load for defenders to take on. Especially with his speed and a full head of steam. He has good hips, quick feet and can change direction easily or hit top speed in a hurry if he hits the corner. Jay also runs hard between the tackles and players weren't going to stop him with arm tackles. He got a little backed up and his reps were limited out but he looked ready for a huge season after committing to Missouri State.

[player_tooltip player_id='1294363' first='Tejay' last='Woolfolk'], WR Lift For Life 2026
Some players are just fun to watch on every down with their play and the 5'9" 165 Woolfolk is one of those players. He is bound to make a highlight reel play during each game and he made a few with some dazzling catches during the camp. Not only is he a weapon in open space that is hard to catch and can make big yards running or receiving the ball, but he is a great deep threat with his speed and glue like hands and concentration.

[player_tooltip player_id='813880' first='Jameson' last='Honey'], DE Lindbergh 2027
A player who continues to on the rise is the 6'3" 250 junior-to-be defensive lineman from the host school. Jameson is a tough, hard-nosed defensive end with a great motor, strength, speed and technique. He made his presence felt during the camp putting pressure on the QB and in the backfield against the run, and using his athleticism to disrupt and make plays all over the field. He is one of the top returning defensive players in his class in the St Louis area.

[player_tooltip player_id='1127288' first='Tyson' last='Bronson'], LB Orchard Farm 2026
One of the top players overall at the camp is the super active and athletic playmaking linebacker who just verbally committed to Northwest Missouri State. The 6'1" 205 Bronson is a tackling machine (147 total tackles) who had a monster junior season and looks even more impressive this spring and summer. He stood out at combines and camps winning MVP awards and showcasing his talents. It's no wonder colleges came calling for his services. He is also a playmaker on offense for the Eagles rushing and receiving the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='1600981' first='Malachi' last='Johnson'], DE Lift For Life 2028
Be on the lookout for this rising big-time edge prospect who is one of the fastest players off the edge in recent memory. Malachi 6'3" 200 has put in a lot of work to improve his skills and technique in the off season and it showed at the camp. He was one of the top athlete in the off season at the Elite and KC Varsity camps and his speed and explosiveness at defense end and edge showed and got stronger each play. He is equally good rushing the passer as he is against the run. At times he looks like he was fired out of a cannon. It will be interesting to see how his season unfolds.
