Koons is a very intriguing prospect to me for multiple reasons. He's a multi-sport athlete who is a stud in baseball and a good athlete overall. He's quick, has good reaction speeds, fantastic hand-eye coordination, and body control. He started Varsity baseball for Delta this year and batted .410 and had a 95.7% fielding percentage. To me, this is important on the football field because it shows incredible hand-eye coordination and being able to read things, which is the exact type of DB he is. He reads the field and collapses. While his future could be in baseball, the football door is open as well, and I hope he explores it.

Mcfatridge had a fairly productive first year on varsity and gained confidence as the year went on. He was active on both sides of the ball, and it was clear to me that the staff trusts him. He touched the ball 40 times on offense and had 4 TDs: 3 rushing and 1 receiving. However, he's mainly active on defense and strikes me as a guy who understands ball and concepts. He had 52 tackles, 4 TFLs, 7 PBUs, 2 fumble recoveries, and 2 interceptions. He's good in coverage and can come downhill to tackle. I appreciate his effort and just how much he's willing to do for his team.

Thomas is a guy I really like on film because of how natural he looks at safety. He's got a good build and isn't afraid to come downhill to play the run, which shows me he's confident and sees things well. He takes good angles and doesn't waste steps, which is rare to see consistently at smaller schools. He's light on his feet and stays off his heels, so he's able to adjust and react without getting stuck. He plays fast and trusts his eyes, and I think he's the type of player who could surprise people as he gets more exposure.

Recker stands out to me right away because of his thicker build for a younger recruit. He spends time in the weight room, already putting up a 225 bench and 385 squat, which is impressive at his age and size. At 6' and 185, he's a springy athlete who moves better than you'd expect for someone that sturdy. He's still raw, but that's what makes his ceiling interesting to me. You can see flashes of power and quickness, and I think as he cleans up the details, he's going to turn some heads.

Walker is a guy I really enjoy watching because of how instinctive he is. He's a true two-way player, and while he's not the biggest out there, his vision is fantastic. On offense, he cuts through traffic to pick up extra yards, and on defense, he knifes through to make tackles that most guys don't even attempt. He's got good eyes in coverage and knows when to break on the ball, which has already helped him snag some interceptions. To me, he just has a natural feel for the game, and I think that's going to keep opening doors for him as he develops.
