Kochevar is a hard nosed, downhill back who brings a physical edge to the run game. While his team's leading rusher returns for one more year, Kochevar is carving out his own niche, especially near the goal line. He thrives on contact, consistently breaking arm tackles and making defenders miss in short yardage situations. Though touches may be limited early, his redzone value could prove critical. Kochevar's ability to lower his pads and push the pile makes him a situational threat with upside. Expect him to capitalize when opportunities come his way, gaining experience and prepping for a breakout season in the future.

Erwin has emerged as a true leader for his team this offseason, earning captain honors and commanding attention with his work ethic. A versatile offensive weapon, Erwin is dynamic out of the backfield and a reliable route runner when lined up wide. He showed off his hands and quickness during 7v7 play and at summer camps, flashing his ability to separate from defenders and make plays in space. His agility and burst make him a mismatch problem for linebackers and safeties alike. Erwin is expected to shoulder a much bigger role this fall and is a legitimate breakout candidate in 3A.

Baca is a bigger back with breakaway speed and natural vision. He has the frame to absorb contact but is at his best when bouncing runs to the outside and turning upfield with burst. Baca is a home run threat anytime he gets into open space, showcasing the top end speed needed to flip field position and finish big plays. His ability to find daylight at the line of scrimmage and quickly accelerate through to the second level makes him one of the more explosive backs in the 2028 class. If he gets consistent touches, he could turn into a highlight reel machine this season.

Standing at 6'4, Wallace brings size and versatility to the tight end position. He's put in notable work this offseason, sharpening his route running and footwork to better create separation. Wallace's frame gives quarterbacks a big target over the middle, and he has the strength to be a reliable blocker in the run game. While still developing top end speed, he uses technique and leverage to win matchups against linebackers. With a growing offensive role and the ability to contribute in multiple ways, Wallace has the tools to be an under the radar prospects who emerges as a real problem for defenses this fall.

Though Swedlund is expected to sit for another year, his long term potential is clear. He already has one of the strongest arms in the 2028 class, capable of making throws to all areas of the field with precision and velocity. Swedlund excels in off platform situations, showing the ability to throw on the run and extend plays when the pocket collapses. His football IQ is impressive, as he dissects coverages and delivers the ball where only his receiver can get it. Once given the reins, expect Swedlund to quickly grab attention from scouts and be a breakout candidate waiting to impress.
