The ball jumps out of his hands, and he throws with a tight spiral and can vary his velocity. Taumoepeau processes at a quick rate, has good ball placement and makes all the necessary throws. He has great footwork, an array of moves off the line to avoid press coverage and easily creates separation. Whitford shows good physicality and is good after the catch. He projects to get to about a 6'3 range, and he is a receiver who is strong at the catch point. He is one player whom I had trouble placing this low in the rankings. He has a good frame to grow into, has quick feet, moves well laterally, and has a good first step to gain an advantage over his opponent. I prefer him as an Offensive Lineman and on the interior, but he can play on the defensive side as well.
