From explosive playmakers to dominant linemen, we break down the Top 10 overall prospects who are setting themselves apart early.</h2>    George moves up a spot to become PRZ's top ranked 2028 prospect in the state. As a rising sophomore, he already possesses ideal size, length, and frame for an edge at 6'5” 240 lbs. He's explosive off the ball, shows natural bend off the edge, and can redirect in the short area with great acceleration and closing speed. Beats blockers with a variety of speed and power moves, while also using active hands to shed/disengage from blockers. Holds 11 D1 offers and will be one of the top 2028 recruits in the country.     Ranked #2 in the AZ 2028 class, Oliver is an advanced WR with natural athleticism and polished technique. Showcases a rare blend of explosiveness, technical route running, and reliable hands. Fluid movement, high-level coordination with top-end speed and acceleration to be a threat at all levels of the field. Hard drive phase off the line to close cushion with sharp route setups and elite ball tracking in contested spots. Already a national recruit with nine D1 offers and another top prospect in the country at his position.     Holds his position at #3 overall, he's a versatile athlete that brings high-level impact potential on both sides of the ball. 6'2” 175 lbs., he has a long, athletic frame with room to fill out without losing the burst and speed that separates him. Explosive in short areas with true long speed, he makes plays at WR with strong ball skills and elusiveness after the catch. On defense, he's instincts and disruptive at OLB. He's quick to diagnose, close space, and impact the game as a tackler, blitzer, and in coverage. Natural recruit with 12 D1 offers.     Skilled combo WR/TE with an excellent frame at 6'4” 205 lbs. Has the build and strength of a TE but moves like a WR. Flashes good body control and runs well to separate as a route runner. Possesses strong, reliable hands with high level ball skills to consistently win at the catch point using size, length, and body positioning. A red zone weapon, he thrives in contested catch situations with impressive leaping ability and coordination. Tough and willing as a blocker, showing the physicality to engage and sustain. His versatility allows him to line up in multiple spots and remain productive. Maintains his position as #4 overall and now holds eight D1 offers.     Augustine already possesses a college-ready skillset combining burst, precision route running, and dependable hands. 6'1” 190 lbs. he threatens defenses at every level using speed to get over the top or sharp cuts to separate underneath. Shows excellent run after the catch ability, quickly turning up field and slipping through contact. He gets into his routes with urgency, pressing DB's early and dropping his hips smoothly to change direction. Displays strong, confident hands and wide catch radius, routinely making grabs away from his body. Advanced foundation for his age and high long term ceiling. Six offers with half of them P4 programs.     At 6'5” 200 lbs. Wade is a top ranked DE prospect with elite size and skillset. Tremendous long term upside, he shows advanced athleticism for his size and age. Explosive off the ball with quick first step burst and the length to separate from blockers at the POA. Flashes natural bend and fluidity coming off the edge with the ability to dip and flatten down the LOS to the QB. Plays with an edge and good leverage using his hands to disengage and set the edge against the run. His range and motor stand out, he's able to chase down plays from the backside and make stops in space. As his body fills out, his physical tools, combined with his motor and instincts, project him as one of the premier edge defenders in the 2028 class.     Lambeth enters the rankings at #7 overall and is PRZ's top ranked DB in the 2028 class. 6'1” 170 lbs. he's an active defender blending his size, athleticism, and advanced instincts. He has the length and speed to cover ground across all levels and recover quickly when needed. A fluid athlete with smooth hips and short-area burst, he transitions well out of his backpedal and stays in phase downfield. Physical in coverage, he uses his hands and length effectively to disrupt routes, reroute receivers, and close throwing lanes. Versatile enough to play multiple spots in the secondary and excel in both press and off coverage. Recruitment took off this spring with eight of his nine offers coming through during the contact period.     Calloway debuts in the rankings as the #1 offensive lineman in the 2028 class. 6'6” 290 lbs. he's a prototype for a major D1 OT combining rare size with natural strength, athleticism, and movement skills. Shows great flexibility and balance out of his stance and working to his blocks proving he can get to the spot with good timing and clean footwork. He's aggressive at the POA, consistently winning with early hand placement and powerful leg drive to be a violent finisher. Flashes the ability to adjust angles when climbing to the second level, maintaining leverage and control while on the move. With his combination of size, mobility, and technical ability, he projects as an early national prospect in the 2028 class.     Powell checks a lot of boxes as a high caliber D1 TE already showing the tools of a true three-down threat to be effective as both a pass catcher and blocker. At 6'4” 205 lbs. he moves well for his frame showing natural coordination, clean route running, and confident hands at the catch point. A tough tackle after the catch with good contact balance and strength to fight through contact. Shows good understanding of how to use his size to his advantage to create positional leverage. As a blocker, he brings effort and physicality showing the ability to engage and sustain. Holds five D1 offers and is a high upside prospect with significant long-term potential.     Allen debuts in the rankings at #10 overall and is the second ranked DB. 6'1” 185 lbs. he brings great range, length and instincts to the secondary. Athletic frame and fluid movement skills, he's quick to trigger and break while covering ground effortlessly whether in deep zone, coming downhill, or tracking sideline to sideline. Smooth hips and transitional speed to change directions and accelerate out. A reliable open field tackler that takes smart angles and isn't afraid to be physical at the POA. Recruitment kicked off this spring with early offers from Colorado State, Arizona, and NAU.
