Region IDs: 5 Eye-Catchers from Nashville

Here are a handful of Nashville area prospects who have my attention heading into 2025.    [player_tooltip player_id='1566251' first='Kajuan' last='Taylor'] is an electric player who makes plays all over the field for Lawson. I'm not ready personally to project him to a specific position right now, but there is plenty of intrigue surrounding his potential as an RB or DB. He is extremely slippery in tight spots and is a master of creating his own yards and escaping chaos. He runs hard, redirecting plays and squeezing the most out of every run. He has the springs in his legs to climb the ladder and highpoint the ball. He has a multi-sport background that includes basketball. He has FBS offers under his belt and should continue to generate some attention.     Pace was one of the engines of a highly productive run game for Ravenwood in 2024. Pace comes in at 5'9 185 and PR'd at 11.55 in the 100M in 2024, but he plays both bigger and faster than listed. He is well-built and strong in his frame with a low center of gravity. He might not be a thumper, but tacklers roll off of him, and he frequently sheds off tackle attempts on long runs. He is twitchy, accelerates well through his cuts, and steps on the toes of defenders when changing directions. Pace has adequate tools and a great feel for the position. There isn't a lot of recruiting buzz here, but another productive season will have him firmly on the map.     JC White is an underrated rising senior QB who draws my attention on tape. He is a dual-threat who is well-equipped with both speed and toughness as a runner. He has enough juice in his arm to make a variety of throws and flashes the ability to mix up pace and trajectory on the ball. What sticks out the most to me is his toughness. In the open field, he isn't afraid to drop a shoulder and run hard into contact. In the pocket, he frequently takes on contact as he lets go of the ball. White can offer a smaller school some tools, upside, and desired toughness from your signal caller.     [player_tooltip player_id='902956' first='Justice' last='Pittman'] is a versatile DL prospect with a few FBS offers under his belt. He is now listed around 6'4 270 and is still growing into his long, lean frame. Pittman projects as an IDL, but has played several spots along the defensive front. He plays with some pop in his upper body, stunning blockers with punches and steering his way through contact. He plays with a hot motor and closes in on the football at a high level for his size. Looking for him to develop that first step. He is big, has room to grow, and knows how to get off blocks. Would keep an eye on him to see how he develops over the next year.     [player_tooltip player_id='1595504' first='Sam' last='Rohan'] is a productive pass rusher who has picked up some small-school recruiting buzz as of late. He might not possess the traits to generate recruiting buzz from bigger schools, but he is an adequate athlete who plays hard and is consistently tough to block. He does an outstanding job of attacking the weak points of blockers and doing so violently. He sends blockers reeling. In space, he does a fantastic job of leveraging the ball and closing space. He projects as a pass rusher, but is equipped to play off the ball as well.
