Swan Song season is incoming for the Class of 2026. This is the year to leave everything out on the field. Also, this is the year where we'll see the Class of 2026 make more of an on-field impact than ever. These guys are experienced, leaders, and a lot of them have been working their tail off for this final season.

Here are five players who I feel are destined to have a major uptick in production.

This is an easy one.

Jacob was no slouch last year. In fact, last year was a major breakout year for him.

Though Jacob keeps on working, keeps testing well, and keeps competing well. There are other slot receivers holding more offers than Jacob with frankly worse testing numbers and tape. If I'm Brother Rice, I'm getting the ball to Jacob several times per game. Screens, fades, middle-field crossers, you name it- I'm confident Jacob can execute it. No major flaws that I know of, P4-level testing numbers, and shown flashes last season. This evaluation was pretty surface-level, but just watch his tape and look at his testing numbers. Baller.

A dude that has done nothing but improve over the past year.

I don't think Grady's current offers reflect his skillset. At the very least, the entire MIAA should be interested, in my opinion.

Reflecting on Grady's Junior season, he was pretty productive. 113/184 (61.4%), 1720 yards, and 17 touchdowns. Some of his best highlights come when his first read earns separation downfield. When his first read wins, Grady is able to deliver a strike, sometimes launching the ball 40+ yards downfield. He also has his fair share of quick, accurate throws to quick slants, and other short routes. Grady also flashes some good pocket presense- something most High School QBs are awful at.

Like just about any High School QB, there are some things to nitpick. Though, fact of the matter is that I've seen enough of Grady to know that his skillset is on par with other high D3 - Low D2 guys I've evaluated in the past. Considering his consistent work ethic, I expect him to take another sizable step up this season.

I get why Logick isn't getting much college attention. A ton achillies is a tough injury to come back from, and I'd assume colleges want to see him play this season before looking deeper.

Logick is part of that Elite Lansing Everett legion of players. He's a two-way player, and plays out of his mind on both sides of the ball. Defensively, Lockick was utilized as an explosive, high-motor defensive tackle. He doesn't really fit the build for DT, but that didn't matter- even against some bigger-size schools. Logick's motor and physicality were simply too much for most interior offensive linemen.
Offensively, Logick was a gadget player. A little RB, a little WR, and some creative ways to get him the football, like triple option. When on offense, that same motor and physicality show. On top of that, Logick has above-average contact balance.

The tape and my in-person evaluation of Logick leave me confident about his abilities. This is a passionate football player, a player who shows relentless effort, and someone who absolutely deserves an opportunity at the next level.

I feel great about Lake Orion this season. Some of that confidence comes from Tight End [player_tooltip player_id='1613771' first='Ryan' last='Rocheleau'].

Ryan is primarily utilized as a vertical threat, lining up both in-line and in the slot. Where Ryan shows the most impressive flashes is in his short-intermediate routes. Ryan can take something like a quick hitch or a 10-yard out for massive yardage. While I feel Ryan should upgrade his physicality and contact balance, he earns those extra yards via his superior vision and athletic ability. Alongside his recent camp showings, I'm confident that Ryan is an even better receiver. Considering the returning talent on the Lake Orion offense, particuarly at QB, I expect Ryan to have a massive season on the offensive side of the ball.

Another super easy pick.

I've watched Keaton enough to feel supremely confident in his trajectory. Last season, IKE was loaded up with talent, so much so that it heavily limited Keaton's targets. This season, he should be one of the focal points of the IKE offense. I'm particularly interested in how Keaton is utilized. Keaton can run some insanely clean routes. I know he has good hands downfield. I also know that he's willing to be physical in the open field. It's not a question of "if" Keaton will breakout this season, it's more a question of how he'll utilized to exploit opposing defenses.
