Bone Camp Report: WR - DB Standout Performers

The 2025 Bone Camp brought many talented WR & DB prosepcts who worked hard to impress college coaches in attendance. With over 700+ campers attending this event, it wasn't possible to view every camper while they worked. In this report, I have identified several prospects that earned verbal offers after the camp concluded. I have also identified several prospects as Top performers after speaking with college coaches who were in attendance, making personal observations, and conducting 40-yard tests during the camp in their respective position groups.   This report will be updated over the next several days if additional information from any college staff member arises regarding any prospect who attended the camp.   <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity" />    Performance Report: [player_tooltip player_id='1174288' first='Trey' last='Grant'] - 2025 Best of New England Camp [player_tooltip player_id='1174288' first='Trey' last='Grant'], a promising WR from Tabor Academy (Class of 2026), showcased exceptional talent at the Best of New England Camp on June 13, 2025. Standing at 6'2" and weighing 190 lbs, he excelled in the GOLD wristband group, impressively clocking a 4.56 laser-timed 40-yard dash in his WHITE 108 shirt. His route running was clean and crisp, complemented by strong hands and natural pass-catching ability. Trey consistently gets behind defenders to make explosive plays, demonstrating his toughness in open space. Competing in the GOLD wristband group and donning a MAROON 67 shirt, Chris recorded an impressive 4.5 laser-timed 40-yard dash. Renowned by PRZ scouts for his hybrid safety/linebacker role, he combines instinctive play with a physical playing style, creating disruption in offensive schemes. Since announcing a transfer to Springfield Central High School in fall 2025, he has garnered multiple offers, including from the University of Maine and American International College immediately after the camp, solidifying his status as a hot prospect!      College Camp Performance Report - [player_tooltip player_id='801075' first='Kash' last='Kelly'] Date: June 13, 2025 Event: 2025 Best of New England Camp Position: WR Class: 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='801075' first='Kash' last='Kelly'] showcased very good skill at the Best of New England Camp, leaving spectators impressed with his explosive speed and solid hands. The Milton Academy standout effectively pulled away from defenders after the catch, demonstrating high-level field vision and a knack for home run threats on special teams at the next level. Despite needing to strengthen his physical presence, his performance earned him a verbal offer from Stonehill following the camp, building on his prior accolades and early offers from UMass and Campbell and most recent offer on May 21, 2025 from Sacred Heart University. His showcased abilities in previous events reveal shifty hips and quick footwork, making him formidable in both man and zone coverage. Nick demonstrates excellent deep ball defense and remarkable field vision, excelling in run support. His versatility extends to the offensive side, but his coverage skills are standout. It's no surprise he received an offer from Stonehill College following the camp! Wearing a maroon 38 shirt, he clocked an impressive 4.78 laser-timed 40-yard sprint, highlighting his speed and agility. His competitiveness shone through as he demonstrated excellent footwork and quickness in short areas. With strong awareness and anticipation, Sean's performance earned him verbal offers from the University of New Haven and Stony Brook to add to his list of future opportunities. He recorded an impressive laser-timed 4.5 in the 40-yard dash, showcasing remarkable speed. His 2024 season film highlights his exceptional capabilities as a kick returner, defensive back, and WR. Drew's outstanding camp performance secured offers from Stonehill College and Georgetown University, demonstrating his potential and athleticism on the field! Standing tall at 6'1" and weighing 185 lbs, he demonstrated elite athleticism with a laser-timed 4.54 40-yard sprint. As a participant in the SILVER wristband group, he wore a Maroon 65 shirt, proving his commitment to excellence. Ranked #12 among DBs in New England by Prep Redzone, Jonah's speed, field vision, and agility make him a prominent player. His standout performance earned him an offer from the University of Maine! Wearing a maroon 39 shirt, Tristan demonstrated impressive versatility, showcasing his skills. His status as an All-NEPSAC player speaks volumes about his ball-hawking instincts and agility. Scouts were particularly impressed with his known versatility between the positions of WR and DB. Yepdo has several Div 1 Offers on his resume prior to this camp. Although I did not observe his live performance, his 2024 highlight film, which I evaluated earlier in the year, reveals his strong boundary play, quick reactions, and adeptness in both man-to-man press and zone coverage. He exhibits excellent instincts, a smooth back pedal, and agile hip transitions. A physical player, Christian has the potential to excel as a solid cover guy at the college level! Standing at 5'10" and weighing 155 lbs, he participated with the GREEN wrist band group and wore a MAROON 4 shirt. McKnight recorded a laser-timed 4.6 40-yard sprint, highlighting his speed. Although I didn't observe him at this camp, I previously evaluated his talent at the Prep Redzone combine on May 10, where his versatility and exceptional short-area quickness stood out. His ability to cover effectively as a cornerback earned him interest from American International College at the camp.
