Today we open with the only registered tight end that I took notes on in [player_tooltip player_id='1665995' first='Kyle' last='Campos']. A Woodbridge Barron, Campos absolutely cooked a defender on an in-route. With bountiful separation and the endzone ahead ahead of him, Campos cannot count his chickens before they hatch - he most convert and finish the rep by securing the ball, looking it into his hands... Speaking of hands, Irvington's [player_tooltip player_id='1667927' first='Elliott' last='Yirenkyi'] used his well, nearly exclusively throughout the event. Additionally, he will extend his arms in order to possess the ball as soon as possible and create for himself.

[player_tooltip player_id='852444' first='Kymore' last='Monroe'] runs extremely well and has very good hands, forcing defenders on their heels and stretching the field vertically. On one particular rep I caught, Monroe's defender must have noticed this and decided to jam him, throwing him out the club. Immediately, the highly competitive Monroe ran it back and totally leaned into that same defender throughout the route. When it was time to break his route's step, Monroe used that defender's over-aggressive nature against him, when he fought that pressure with pressure of his own to push off. It was a great dual... The lone New Yorker from today's coverage was [player_tooltip player_id='1660860' first='Carlos' last='Nunez']. Nunez looked great during indy, as he showcased extremely quick, sharp movements. Nunez also possesses a plus release, which he used to lead a defender in the dust on a post corner. The more I watched him, the more I realized that this 2027 receiver did a great job varying his releases at the line. Lastly, aside from running very good routes, Nunez, like Monroe before him, leans into pressure to create separation.
