After a day or two to say "thanks," I was back on the grind. On Saturday, November 29, 2025 Prep Redzone was boots-on-the-ground in Jackson, New Jersey as we hosted our latest rendition of the Stock Up Showcase. Below are my notes from the position group referenced in this article's title.

If you follow my coverage at all, you ought to recognize how highly I regard Hillsborough in terms of player development. [player_tooltip player_id='1451510' first='Tyler' last='Zysk'] is continued, living proof of this trend. Zysk cuts down space between himself and the ball carrier extremely well. He also showed that he is coachable. On one rep he closed in with too much lean - I caught it and so did his positional coach. After coach addressed it, Zysk seemed to break that habit. Lastly, there is some athleticism to Zysk's game as well. He showed that he was able to cover a lot of ground quickly when he took his pass drop.

[player_tooltip player_id='910200' first='Max' last='Markho'] is an offensive lineman who looks to entrench himself as bonafide starter this coming fall. Markho did a nice job of staying in front of any-and-everyone throughout the majority of his reps. This proves that his footwork is adequate. Moreover, during one rep of his that I happened to catch, Markho completed a textbook "ride 'em upfield" job against who I would have considered the the best speed rusher at the event. Markho did, however, had a tendency to lean rather than bend.

For such a young prospect, he might have been the most polished. [player_tooltip player_id='1514895' first='Damien' last='Pierro'], a 2029 graduate and rising sophomore, looked refined beyond his years playing the position. Command, decisiveness, execution, mechanics, poise - Pierro showed it all. It is clear to me that at some point, very early in his career, Pierro was the recipient of quality coaching at the position.

For a little guy (5'5"), [player_tooltip player_id='1708460' first='Dameer' last='Singleton'] was awfully feisty. During each rep I saw hi take, Singleton was lively and active. He competed and found - as a result winning - many of the reps he took. Singleton uses his hands to catch the ball and was able to adjust to a ball thrown behind him on a slant. All that said, for some reason something about Singleton screamed "DB" to me.
