[player_tooltip player_id='1077526' first='AlexzanDro' last='Vaughan'] - 2030 Quarterback - Hickman (Missouri)

The first of two 2030 prospects to come from Missouri and stand out was [player_tooltip player_id='1077526' first='AlexzanDro' last='Vaughan'] and while he was listed on our roster as a quarterback, the 2030 prospect got a ton of work at wide receiver. Vaughan was one of the taller prospects for the middle school camp and that size made him a mismatch problem for defensive backs in 1 on 1's. Vaughan has had a very busy offseason and whether it's as a quarterback or as more of an overall athlete that can play multiple positions, there's no doubt that he's been putting in the work to improve his game as a football player. And that's one thing that we always want to see at these camps. The guys that are ready to work and getting as many reps as they can get and Vaughan was a good example of that.

[player_tooltip player_id='1662646' first='Dylan' last='Hawk Martin'] - 2029 Quarterback - Collinsville

Collinsville 2029 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1662646' first='Dylan' last='Hawk Martin'] was right there at the top of the list when it came to the middle school quarterbacks. In fact, he was one of the top players at his position for the "best on best" portion of camp. The Collinsville lefty had a really strong performance throughout the day. He was a quarterback that we had on our radar prior to the camp after seeing some of his clips. We knew that he was ready to put in work on Sunday and he lived up to the hype. The quarterback position has routinely been one of our deepest position groups at every camp. So when a player at that position ends up standing out and specifically the guys that get called out at the end for the "best on best" competitions, they have earned it.

[player_tooltip player_id='1261479' first='Evan' last='Adams'] - 2029 Wide Receiver - Poteau

Poteau 2029 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1261479' first='Evan' last='Adams'] was one of the top middle school testers on Sunday. He ran one of the fastest 40-yard dash times and then just carried that momentum into the rest of the camp. Adams was a prospect that we watched in person a couple times last offseason but the growth he has had physically is off the charts in the last 12 months. Poteau has a new head coach and things could be opening up in a big way on the offensive side of the ball. Adams is a reliable wide receiver that is only getting better. As he continues to grow, he's going to become more of a name to know in the state's 2029 class. The skillset has always been there and now that he's getting bigger and stronger, that could open the door for early production at the high school level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1673331' first='Kenneth' last='Long'] - 2030 Offensive/Defensive Lineman - Hickman (Missouri)

2030 lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1673331' first='Kenneth' last='Long'] was the other Missouri prospect that stood out to us on Sunday afternoon. And it happened literally from the start as Long, just a seventh grader, measured in at 6'4 with a 6'6 wingspan. So in a middle school camp where most of the participants were under 6'0, Long immediately stood out to us as a player to watch. Long was listed on the roster as an offensive lineman but every lineman in attendance got work on both sides of the line of scrimmage. And based on his motor and his overall length, right now, Long looked more like a defensive lineman and specifically an edge guy. But there is so much time and continued development in his future. He made the most of his opportunity on Sunday and got plenty of work.

[player_tooltip player_id='1268717' first='Sterling' last='Jordan'] - 2029 Wide Receiver - Beggs

Similar to Adams, we already wrote about Beggs 2029 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1268717' first='Sterling' last='Jordan'] after he tested incredibly well. Jordan was one of the top players that we watched and honestly, if we had to pick another MVP, it would go to Jordan. The gap was not very big at the WR position. Looking at Jordan's performance from start to finish on Sunday, combined with what he was able to do the rest of this offseason, he has our full attention moving forward. And this should come as a surprise to nobody. It seems like every year, Beggs has a freshman entering the program and that player has the potential of earning early playing time and making big plays. Jordan could be the next guy up on that long list. Jordan was flat out dominant in the 1 on 1 portion of camp.
