With summer off-season programs, spring ball, and the start of the 2025 High School Football season around the corner, lets look at a few names who are bound to rise up the 2028 PA Prep Redzone Rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id='1647840' first='Teddy' last='Tooles'] is kicking off this "Risers" list. Tooles passes the eye test, long frame with room to be filled out, paired with long vine like arms to allow him to be used all over the field from any linebacker spot. Tooles is a good athlete, who like I previously mentioned is versatile at the linebacker spot, but also can play TE/H-Back for that Coatesville offense. Tooles was in a limited role his freshman season, playing primarily special teams. However, Tooles is primed to step into a bigger role entering his sophomore season, so the ball is in his court to rise the ranks.

[player_tooltip player_id='1043625' first='Landyn' last='Artman'] is a true athlete. Under the lights Artman was playing WR for Kiski Area High School, while playing QB for the rest of his highlight tape. Artman is a double agent, being as versatile as he is playing WR, QB, and per his Hudl OLB. Artman at WR is a possession type of player, gets open, and makes the catch when its thrown his way. At QB, Artman throws a pretty boundary ball, always put in the perfect spot. You have to be a good athlete to play 3 positions and Artman is exactly that, allowing me to see multiple ways he could rise our rankings.

[player_tooltip player_id='1264794' first='Syncere' last='Palmer'] is a kid with a high athletic ceiling. Palmer is someone who I struggled to find much tape on, but I'm heavily relying on his sky high athletic ceiling. Palmer is a superb athlete with great track numbers and solid weight room numbers for a kid of his age and size. Palmer is long standing at 6'2" with room to grow into his frame. Along with this he is playing at a school who faces some of the best talent in PA, allowing for him to continuously grow and develop as a player.

[player_tooltip player_id='1365236' first='Braylon' last='Wilson'] is going to be someone to keep an eye on for Canon-McMillan going into next season. Wilson has a good build to play along the D-line for a rising sophomore. Wilson plays fast off the ball and finishes plays with a good use of power. Wilson is raw but has the size, and athletic profile to grow as a player, allowing me to see him as an easy "riser" candidate.

[player_tooltip player_id='1364176' first='Karic' last='Wills'] was awesome in his freshman season tape. Wills, at DB, was physical in press, and when the ball came his way he always went for it, normally making the play. Wills at WR is twitchy, and overall displays good athleticism. Wills isn't only someone I think is a riser I think he should be viewed as a top kid at his position for the PA class of 2028.
