Aside from having the same last name as my podiatrist, [player_tooltip player_id='1633052' first='Anthony' last='Ingrassia'] is one of those prototypical quarterback looking-types. Already 6'2", Ingrassia looks to add his name to the list of top quarterbacks in North Jersey's elite non-public section and look to re-establish Don Bosco as the region's top team.

Looking to rival Ingrassia for the next several years is son of former NFL first round pick and all-pro Shawne Merriman, [player_tooltip player_id='1272681' first='Justin' last='Merriman'] has the size, resources, and pedigree to become a top prospect. Moreover, he is headed to one of the state's top-3 non-public teams to launch his career.

A Chatham Cougar teammate of Seton Hall-bound [player_tooltip player_id='1637450' first='Charlie' last='Hughes'], [player_tooltip player_id='1566331' first='George' last='Engelkraut'] is a prospect of note in his own right. Unlike Hughes, Engelkraut appears to have elected to stay home and play for his hometown team. An opportunity to immediately play is available, as senior leader and the class of 2025's #9 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1524822' first='Will' last='Allen'] is set to graduate in June. Saturday will be a good opportunity to see how far along Engelkraut exactly is.

When you talk 2029 quarterbacks in the state of New Jersey, this is the name that keeps coming up. A surname probably more familiar to our area than "Merriman," Snee is the son of former New York Giant Super Bowl Champion Chris. As much as I have heard about the younger Snee, I am uncertain exactly where he will be going to high school; however, I am certain that I am excited to see just exactly how advanced his game is.

Last today is [player_tooltip player_id='1630185' first='Alex' last='Porter']. Porter is a relative unknown to me - granted I am not immersed in New Jersey's middle school football scene. A North Arlington youth program product, he already stands at 6'2" and should be more well advanced relative to his peers. With all the hype surrounding the others, I am curious to see how Porter stacks up against the "headliners."
