His stock is on the rise and he earned new offer this week from East Carolina with more likely on the way. Fuller made 40 tackles last season with one INT and nine more pass-breakups. He shows dependable hands as he hauled in 64 passes last season as a junior for 1,025 yards and 11 touchdowns in 13 games.
