He had a solid showing in the morning session and is a powerful interior rusher with heavy hands, a good initial strike and can create immediate knock-back. He shows twitch out of his stance and countermove abilities and is very technically sound, especially against the run. He is a high motor player that plays with the proper use of hands and leverage and offers position versatility anywhere along the defensive front. He is another balanced pass rusher that can win with both speed or power and moved well through individual drills and showed good athleticism, movement in space and change of direction abilities. Although it's still a raw and developing prospect, he showed good hand violence in the competition drills and is a fluid athlete when moving in space and changing direction, but is still a developing pass rusher from his defensive tackle spot. He showed he could win with a variety of pass rush moves at his disposal and get a good jump off the ball while creating immediate vertical push off the ball. He is a technically sound edge player that gets off the ball quickly and gets hands on blockers while doing a nice job at using his length, hand usage and counter moves back inside when needed. He looked fluid moving through individual drills with plus change of direction abilities and lateral movement in space, especially for his size. He's a good athlete for the edge position and has the ideal frame for the next level and should continue to draw interest through the spring evaluation period and into his senior season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
