2028 MD/DC/DE Rankings: New Additions Part 2

He comes in as the #5 DL in the rankings in what is looking like a pretty loaded D-line group for the future.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Tyrone is a good athlete for the position, showing good agility in tight spaces. He is able to get skinny and slip past blocker to get into the backfield. With good feet and solid burst of the snap he moves well and is able to get himself in the right position to make the play. That led to him even making an athletic play to find a tip pass for an INT. Tyrone is also strong enough to push the pocket and shed of blockers. Strong, physical, and a mauler he is an OG who man handles defenders. He shows nice upper body strength and good pop off the snap. Physical at the POA, Kash finishes his blocks and looks to bury guys in the dirt. Good knee bend and leverage allows him to get a good initial punch before then over powering the opposing DL. Still needing to strength his lower half and get a bit quicker, that will come as he develops over the years. Having a strong freshman year, he made Honorable Mention All-WCAC. He can play inside or out, and plays fast the ball. Amari is quick to identify and react, getting downhill to make the play. He can take on blockers and fill as well as come of the edge with some good burst/pursuit. He shows quick twitch in the hips and nice ball skills in coverage. A player with a lot of range, he eats up grass and flies to the ball all over the field. Cavare is also impressive in his run support, playing bigger than his size. He is impactful as a blitzer from the slot, getting great jump of the snap and exploding to the ball. He does a great jump running the alley and coming downhill with speed &amp; force. Cavare is a player who is not afraid to hit and he will lay the hammer/strike the ball carrier. Recording 35 solo tackles from the DB spot as a freshman is no light work. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">Cavare offers position versatility to go with an athletic &amp; physical skill set and colleges are starting to take notice as he recently picked up his first offer from Vtech. Listed as an athlete, he played mainly WR a freshman but I know he has some positional value at DB going forward as well at both CB &amp; S. He shows impressive ball skills and catch radius, able to make the difficult catch. A player with some good burst and wiggle, he can create space and get good YAC. Displayed some nice route running ability-able to stem his routes, change speeds, drop his weight and make sharp cuts. Caleb is a nice overall athlete as well, basketball &amp; track runner, he is a good leaper and smooth runner. His versatile skill set and overall athleticism leads to Caleb continuing &amp; expanding his ability to be an impactful playmaker.
