Wideout Wednesday: Top Prospects in Ohio

Below we spotlight five Buckeye State prospects who are making a name for themselves, including three who have received offers over the past week. All five will likely see their stocks rise as the college day tour kicks off and they get in-person looks directly in front of college coaches at school.    Has played both inside and outside receiver spots. High upside recruit with good height, size and length, is a bit of a raw route runner but his size-speed combination is top-shelf. Jones has huge upside given his youth and potential for development.     Two-way prospect with good height, size and arm length. Displays good hands and wins jump balls. Effective as a big outside receiver, which is where I think his college fit is. Recently picked up an offer from Ohio.     Good run-after-the-catch, can be gone in a flash with the ball in his hands. Great height to be a classic X/Z with a good size-speed ratio. Recently picked up an offer from Ohio. Had 1,308 yards receiving off 67 catches and 20 touchdowns last year.     Strong outside receiver prospect with good burner speed. Has enough top-end to go the distance with the ball in his hands. Has good run-after-the-catch and has proven juice; has run 21.3 MPH in wearable technology. Displays good adjustment to the ball.     Good slot receiver prospect. Still developing, but has a chance to be good in a college program and with college coaching. Has good route running skills, good downfield threat, can be gone if he finds daylight.
