Ethan was the top quarterback at the 612Qs Academy in Week 10 when I attended, and man has this young man kept developing his craft from just over a month ago. The 6'0 175 pounder from Holy Family, showed off the arm strength that showed precisence on all three levels as I was most intrigued with his smooth mechanics he showed off during his reps at the 612Qs Offensive Skills Camp as one that showed off a quick growth curve from the coaching he received. One of the better quarterbacks in the 2027 class in my eyes too from a mechanics perspective as everything I saw from Ethan was as fluid as you want to see as a next-level level talent.

[player_tooltip player_id='1645128' first='Thomas' last='Klinge'], QB, St. Paul Como Park 2027 Twitter

Thomas was a new name that cracked my notebook at the 612Qs Offensive Skills Camp out of St. Paul Como Park. The 6'3 195 pounder, showed off his precision with his throws especially on intermediate routes as one that even with a group of wide receivers he hadn't worked with, brought them a quarterback that allowed them to catch and go on their routes. Thomas also showed off a quick release that brought instinctiveness with his release with his football IQ knowing where the openings were with some of of the reps I got to watch. Thomas's tape is super light from the 2024 season, but this kid was surely impressive in the live eval to rise his stock in our 2027 class.

Graham might be one of the younger quarterbacks in the 2028 class on my list, but man do I love this kid's upside he has brewing in the coming years. The verified 6'3 175 pounder out of Rogers, showed off the precison I want to see out of an underclassmen gunslinger especially on intermediate and deep routes which I caught during the live eval. Graham also brought in my eyes, some of the best poise amongst the quarterbacks I saw in the 2028 group as one that showed off where his leadership stands out as a QB target that plays well above his age as a quarterback that is a motivator that can build quick chemistry I could tell with the wide receivers he matched up with. Graham certainly is another one of my early favorites amongst the gunslingers in the 2028 class in Minnesota.

Elijah Tablante, QB, Sterling, IL 2029 Twitter

Easily the longest travelled prospect to the 612Qs Offensive Skills Camp was Sterling (IL) 2029 quarterback Elijah Tablante and no doubt, this young man made his presence known amongst our PRZ scouts for what he showed off in the live eval. Elijah easily brought some of the most sound mechanics we all saw as this young man showed off a rapid quick release for his age and even thought he is identified as a dual threat at the moment, man, was I am impressed with this young man for his work inside the pocket on Sunday at CSP. I persistently felt that Elijah was one step ahead with his release, mechanics, and speed as he showed off persistence that really intrigued me on intermediate routes as a young QB prospect that you can tell is brewing in Illinois's 2029 class already. If I gave out a MVP for the 2029 class in attendance, surely Elijah would be my top selection based on what I saw in the live eval myself.

[player_tooltip player_id='1645705' first='Carson' last='Brenny'], QB, Foley 2027 Twitter

Last but not least on amongst our quarterback standouts is [player_tooltip player_id='1645705' first='Carson' last='Brenny'] out of my neck of the woods coming out of Foley. The 6'3 175 pounder, stocked up my notebook as a quarterback prospect that from camp start to finish grew on me a lot. Especially with his poise skillset, Carson was amongst the favorites amongst the QB coaches I spoke with in the 2027 class at the 612Qs Offensive Skills Camp. I especially saw the game slow down for Carson with the reps he worked along the edges on short routes, as he was easily one of the best with his ball placement around the end zone and showed off excellent awareness around the edges of the field. Not only was Carson efficent on his short routes, but anytime multiple scouts catch eyes on a young man on all three levels at the quarterback position, you have to be aware as I loved watching how rapid Carson's release was, rep after rep in St. Paul as an Oustate quarterback that at 6'3 170 pounds, also ran a 4.45 in the pro agility.
