No. 54 [player_tooltip player_id='1612641' first='Markez' last='Davis'] — 6-2, 160 WR — Northwest

The Raiders' multisport standout is a raw, but intriguing pass-catcher who showcased his speed and big-play ability with an average of more than 20 yards per reception despite also providing a notable threat around the goal line with his height and leaping ability. Davis is a largely under-the-radar prospect early on, but should have the potential to be a recruit to watch.

No. 56 [player_tooltip player_id='1614578' first='John' last='Walker V'] — 6-1, 175 WR/ATH — Plaquemine

The sophomore was the most explosive perimeter weapon and return man this fall for a high-scoring Green Devils offense that helped lead the program to its first semifinal appearance in a decade. Walker caught 38 passes for 743 yards and 13 touchdowns and was also an explosive threat in the return game. He shows good balance and power through attempted arm tackles and quickly accelerates to top-end, breakaway speed once he has a running lane.

No. 63 [player_tooltip player_id='1612716' first='Peter' last='Lofton'] — 6-3, 275 OL — Alexandria

The Trojans' young right tackle was the most promising prospect long-term on a veteran offensive line that paved the way for a dominant rushing attack all the way through one of Louisiana's toughest districts and to the Division-I Select state championship game. Lofton has great size and mobility for the next level, consistently pulling and overpowering defenders on the move.

No. 67 [player_tooltip player_id='1610149' first='Jakyrin' last='Griffin'] — 5-10, 170 DB — Alexandria

The sophomore safety was a major playmaker for the Trojans' defense during their historic fall, including an undefeated regular season and state runner-up finish. Griffin is an instinctive athlete with a great burst to make plays whether on throws in his area of the field or to help crashing down against the run, both of which he does well with his combination of ball skills and strong, hard-hitting tackling.

No. 84 [player_tooltip player_id='1610155' first='Cam' last='Bagwell'] — 6-0, 190 EDGE — Sterlington

The Panthers' disruptive defensive end was one of four members of the Division-III Non-Select state championship team to earn LSWA all-state first-team honors with his 72 tackles, including 13 for loss and 11 sacks, plus a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries. Bagwell capped the season with a team-high eight tackles, including a couple sacks and another quarterback hurry, in the title game.

No. 86 [player_tooltip player_id='1611386' first='Dashun' last='Lightfoot'] — 5-10, 185 RB/ATH — Franklin

The Hornets' next highly ranked skill prospect has some of the familiar quickness, versatility and ball skills of some of his recent predecessors, but with an already bigger, thicker build to power through contact. Lightfoot finished his sophomore season with 1,215 rushing yards, 201 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns.

No. 88 [player_tooltip player_id='1610150' first='Patrick' last='Robinson II'] — 5-7, 170 RB/ATH — St. Augustine

The son of former New Orleans Saints cornerback Patrick Robinson will be an easy name for fans in the city and state to recognize, and the versatile, speedy athlete started making making his presence felt at the varsity level this fall as he stepped into some big spots down the stretch for his Purple Knights as a quick running back with the flexibility to be split out wide and make plays as a pass-catcher.

No. 94 [player_tooltip player_id='1611372' first='Ayden' last='Carter'] — 5-5, 155 WR/ATH — Lake Charles College Prep

The small, but dynamic weapon is starting to generate some buzz out of southwest Louisiana after an impressive sophomore campaign loaded with big plays as a pass-catcher, rusher and return man. Carter is lightning-quick and can be gone to the house in hurry if given even a slight crease. He finished the season with 54 catches for 1,082 yards — 20.0 yards per catch — plus another 505 rushing yards and 566 return yards, all for a combined 24 scores.
