<p>Hesston's Humphreys debuts in the ranking at No. 101 overall. He laid a swath through opposing defenses last season. He threw for 1,687 yards and 14 touchdowns during his sophomore campaign. He also rushed for 100 yards and one touchdown.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1578996' first='Jaxson' last='Miller'],</strong> WR, 6'2”, 180, Goodland, ‘27</p>

<p>Miller debuts at No. 102 overall. During his sophomore season, he caught 32 balls for 599 yards and nine touchdowns. He has good hands and uses them on both sides of the ball. He grabbed one interception in nine games, recovered one fumble, and caused two fumbles.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1585530' first='Mason' last='Moaliitele'],</strong> RB/LB, 6'0”, 205, Winfield, ‘27</p>

<p>The Winfield back enters the ranking at No. 103 overall. He carried the ball 62 times in 10 games and gained 308 yards. He was among the leaders in tackles for sophomores. He recorded 83 tackles and 11 tackles for lost yardage. The Winfield prospect also returned 16 kicks last season and has the versatility to help out a college program in several fashions.</p>

<p>Reep debuts in the rankings in the No. 104 slot. He registered 76 tackles in 11 games for the Cardinals. His speed plays a key role in his success. He finished with two quarterback sacks and eight TFLs. He is a physical talent who will improve with experience.</p>

<p>Harrison had a solid sophomore season for the Golden Buffalo. He joins the rankings at No. 105 overall. He rushed for 598 yards on 149 carries. He scored five times on the ground and is willing to earn the tough yard. He will continue to be a red-zone threat.</p>

<p>Sterling's Maxwell debuts at No. 106 overall. He finished his season with 88 tackles in 10 games for the Black Bears. He played a much larger role on defense than on offense. He did carry the ball nine times for 66 yards. He rushed for 138 yards as a freshman.</p>

<p>Haslett enters the rankings at No. 107 overall. He is a dual-threat quarterback with a strong arm and quick feet. He threw for 761 yards and rushed for 664 yards. He finished with 12 total touchdowns in nine games for the Trojans. Haslett rushed for eight touchdowns and threw for four more.</p>

<p>Chattman has parlayed a strong offensive season into a debut in the rankings at No. 108 overall. He rushed for 571 yards and eight touchdowns in 10 games. He also caught eight balls and one touchdown. He was also a playmaker on defense recording 21 tackles, one interception, four pass breakups, and three fumble recoveries.</p>

<p>Byers joins the rankings at No. 109 overall. He is a solid young back who can hurt defenses with his legs and hands. He rushed for 561 yards and 10 touchdowns in nine games for the Pirates. He also made 12 receptions for 124 yards. Byers has also had an impact as a return man on special teams.</p>

<p>White rounds out this group of newcomers. He has a solid season on both sides of the ball for the Buffaloes. In nine games he collected 53 tackles including four TFLS. He also rushed for over 500 yards and five touchdowns. White caught six balls for 53 yards.</p>
