I'm late to the party, but Happy National Signing Day to all across the Prep Redzone Kansas community. Today has been a very special day for a number of prospects, and I would like to personally say congratulations to those that put pen to paper. It's been a pleasure to scout the Class of ‘26 during their prep careers.

With recruiting essentially wrapped up for the senior class, our rankings now have over 130 ranked prospects that are committed to play at the next level. Before we officially send these prospects off, I wanted to give a shoutout to a few.

As some know I'm a Kansas City native. So, I love to root for local guys at the next level. While it'd be nice to feature all of the local signees, there are five players I'm excited to see develop in college. Good luck to everyone at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='267076' first='Calin' last='Arndt'] - St. Thomas Aquinas, RB

There's not much that needs to be said about Arndt. He capped off a storied career at Aquinas with another outstanding season. The dominant running back inked his letter of intent to Nebraska-Kearney at the Division II level. Nebraska-Kearney has a good group of Sunflower State signees, but Arndt undoubtedly headlines the bunch.

[player_tooltip player_id='586960' first='LJ' last='Bowens'] - Blue Valley Northwest, RB

Bowens has been a fan favorite of our staff. He's an extremely hard worker, and it showed during his senior season. The BVNW product finished his prep career with over 2,400 all-purpose yards and hit pay dirt over 20 times. He'll be headed to Garden City Community College where he's determined to make some noise.

[player_tooltip player_id='1664431' first='Savion' last='Stone'] - Washington, QB

I've said it before that post-Covid the Kansas City, Kansas community has been severely underrecruited. I think it's fair to say that [player_tooltip player_id='1664431' first='Savion' last='Stone'] helped bring buzz back to the area. His 2025 season has been well documented, as he was one of the most electric players in Class 5A. Stone gained the attention of JUCO powerhouse Hutchinson Community College, and I'm very interested to see how he'll develop with the Blue Dragons.

[player_tooltip player_id='1306210' first='Angelo' last='Keuwo'] - Blue Valley Southwest, RB

This next prospect has the potential of being an absolute steal. Coffeyville Community College should feel very pleased their staff was able to land Keuwo. He's one of most explosive players in this class and has the versatility to go along with his big-play ability. Keuwo could see early playing time as a freshman.

[player_tooltip player_id='1462646' first='Jaylin' last='Washington'] - Washington, DB

Another KCK prospect I enjoyed scouting over the past few years has been [player_tooltip player_id='1462646' first='Jaylin' last='Washington']. His length and ball skills made him a desirable defensive back to a number of collegiate programs. Washington's ability to play corner and safety could help his chances of early playing time as well. He's set to join Stone at Hutch.
