Brower is an intriguing prospect out of Clackamas, as the size may concern some. For me, Brower graded out as a solid QB prospect who looks comfortable operating an offense and had some serious success leading his team to the 12-team playoff. Brower is an intelligent and accurate winner at the quarterback position. Adding some mass to his frame and continuing to refine his technique will be important this offseason.

Hagerman is poised to be the replacement for Keeney at Tualatin, and that's a big pair of shoes to fill since Keeney led the team to a state championship appearance in his junior season. Hagerman was the backup last year and played sparingly during blowout games. He has a nice frame for a quarterback and should be comfortable running the offense. Tualatin will be among the more talented programs in the state, and Hagerman should be able to put up impressive numbers with the playmakers surrounding him. I am eager to see him perform in his senior year.

Arnold was a pleasant surprise for me when I turned on the Gresham tape. I wasn't expecting much since the program has been rebuilding for a while now, but Arnold could be a legitimate QB prospect for some schools. Right now, Arnold prefers to run rather than throw when under pressure, but I'm not sure if that's due to the lack of playmakers on his team or not. Arnold has good technique and throws an attractive football, which may be enough for some schools to take a chance on him. I am excited to see how he performs his senior season.

York could be on the verge of a breakout next season, as there is some talent on this Beaverton roster. York will not wow people with his size or arm talent, but he will make smart decisions and throw the ball with nice anticipation, which is a gift in high school. Beaverton should be at ease knowing they have such a confident and capable quarterback returning for their senior season next year.

Ribner, if you can look past the fact that Cleveland was nowhere near a top program last season and lacked talent, is a legit quarterback prospect. Ribner made a late transfer to Cleveland from Central Catholic and could only play in six games on the season, but showcased impressive ability. What stood out most was his technique and arm talent. He has a live arm and could make some plays despite the lack of playmakers. Ribner is a talented player who I am excited to watch next season.
