Brower is an intriguing prospect out of Clackamas, as the size may concern some. For me, Brower graded out as a solid QB prospect who looks comfortable operating an offense and had some serious success leading his team to the 12-team playoff. Brower is an intelligent and accurate winner at the quarterback position. Adding some mass to his frame and continuing to refine his technique will be important this offseason.
Brower has been quite impressive for the Cavaliers, and they will hope he can take that next step next season. Leading your team to #11 in the state and making the top 12 bracket is quite impressive.
