Coach Dylan Potts and his team talked about it nearly a year ago. It was something that remained in their minds right up until the start of the season.

With a mix of veterans and gifted underclassmen, the West Boca Raton Bulls felt that if they played up to the level they had established, positive things would happen. They did!

For the first time in school history this program reached the state football finals, finishing unbeaten and winning the state title with a convincing 26-7 win over Kissimmee Osceola in the 6A state finals.

This program dominated throughout the season, cruising 185-39 over the final six games and served notice that this team is here to stay.

While some players have moved on, the nucleus of this unbeaten program will return for the 2025 season – and that will make them a favorite to return to Pitbull Stadium in December of this year.

To get there it will be another off-season of hard work as they will rely on a rising senior (2026) class that is indeed stacked with talent.

Among those players include speedy Kyle Andrews (WR, 5-9, 175), [player_tooltip player_id='1142216' first='Dequan' last='Bradley'] (OL, 6-1, 295), heavily recruited [player_tooltip player_id='1247519' first='Jaydin' last='Broadnax'] (CB, 6-3, 182), [player_tooltip player_id='1583966' first='Grant' last='Edmond'] (Edge/OLB, 6-1, 225), Michael Fleisher (S, 6-1, 165 – 3.6 GPA), fast rising [player_tooltip player_id='1158088' first='Demetrius' last='Geathers'] Jr. (DE, 6-4, 205), elite receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1251750' first='Mark' last='Hanniford'] (6-2, 180 – 3.8 GPA), Malique Joseph (OL/DL, 6-1, 260), nationally rated running back [player_tooltip player_id='283745' first='Javian' last='Mallory'] (6-0, 200 – 4.0 GPA), Christopher Medina (OL/DL, 6-1, 295), team leader and playmaker [player_tooltip player_id='1263611' first='Xavier' last='Reid'] (DL, 6-0, 270 – 3.85 GPA. Wrestling. Weightlifting), and [player_tooltip player_id='283771' first='Zacharias' last='Walls'] (WR, 5-10, 180 – 3.9 GPA).

THIS IS A DEEP AND TALENTED UNDERCLASS

As solid as the 2026 class is, the underclassmen will also be gifted – with rising juniors (2027) leading the way. Among that class will be Delorean S. Airall Jr. (SS/CB, 6-0, 180), Gerren Bray (OL, 6-2, 300 – 3.75 GPA), Gavin Cigale (OL, 5-10, 230 – 3.4 GPA), playmaker Billy Clancy III (WR, 5-10, 155), John Deluca (OLB, 5-11, 180), Rojhan Dorcin (HB, 5-11, 185), Jayden Elder (WR, 6-0, 162), reliable John Farfan (PK, 5-7, 125 – 2.6 GPA), Amari Ford (DE/TE, 6-0, 185), and Anderson Gracilien (RB, 5-8, 170).

Other 2027 standouts to keep an eye on are Joerell Haynes (CB, 5-7, 145. Track & Field), Tyler Leclair (WR, 6-0, 160), talented running back [player_tooltip player_id='1681897' first='Jayden' last='Lockhart'] (5-10, 190), Jaccorian McCrary (RB/Athlete, 5-10, 185), promising quarterback Trey Moran (5-11, 170), impressive [player_tooltip player_id='1681579' first='Maxwell' last='Reid'] (LB, 5-11, 200), elite defensive tackle [player_tooltip player_id='1671112' first='Jamar' last='Thompson'] (6-3, 270), Aidan Tropepe (QB, 5-8, 165), versatile [player_tooltip player_id='1249175' first='Kerby' last='Vital'] Jr. (OL/DL, 6-3, 275) and Joshua Walters (WR, 6-1, 150).

The 2028 (rising sophomores) class is also going to be special with Xavier Jimenez (OLB/S, 5-10, 170), Ethan Mordechay (OL/LS/DT, 5-10, 230), Makarion Owens (DE, 6-0, 210 – 4.2 GPA), Mason Rockwell (OL, 5-10, 240), Jalen Rolle (DB, 6-0, 160), and Kyrell Thomas (CB/Athlete, 5-9, 155).
