Arguably the top QB in the state, and a prospect who I am tremendously excited about, Feeney passed for an astounding 3,200 yards and 48 TDs as a sophomore. He routinely makes college-level throws and finds the soft spots in zone coverage better than a vast majority of QBs in high school. Feeney can rocket balls into tight windows at all three levels, and he's got the pocket presence of an upperclassman with several years of varsity experience. He is a scholarship player, the numbers and tape speak for themselves, and I'm excited to see what he does with his career.

A returning starter for one of the state's best and most consistent programs, Mapson had a great junior year, putting up 807 passing yards and 8 TDs on 10.0 yards per pass. He also put up a stunning 704 yards on the ground with an additional 14 TDs while averaging just shy of 8 ypc. His tape reveals an athlete with incredible composure inside of the pocket. Mapson can stand and deliver strikes deep across the field. He consistently makes the right read and doesn't force balls into traffic, which is highlighted by his impressive 67.9% completion percentage. While his ability to run is definitely high-level, his knack for extending plays by bouncing around the pocket or rolling out is elite and I think we'll see that success continue to evolve during his senior year.

Although he's positioned as the signal caller for the Elk River Elks, Harris has a bright future at the next level as a primary ball carrier. Last season Harris rushed for 984 yards and 20 TDs while averaging a very impressive 8.6 ypc. He also recorded 34 total tackles, 1 INT, and 6 PBUs as a safety. On his tape, Harris is a monster. He possesses breakaway speed and he breaks tackle after tackle with the rock in his hands. He wastes no time getting upfield and as soon as you give him an inch, he's going to take a mile. He's fresh off of a state championship season last fall, and it's a real possibility we could see a back-to-back ring season for the Elks with Harris at the helm.

Kleffman is an incredible athlete who rushed for 981 yards and 13 TDs while averaging over 9 ypc as a sophomore. He also had a phenomenal defensive season where he recorded 88 total tackles, but today we're going to highlight his impressive offensive capabilities. On his tape, Kleffman showcases his talented one-cut abilities. He's got phenomenal vision while carrying the rock and always seems to find an open run lane to cut back to. Even when all looks lost on a play, Kleffman has a wild tendency to spin out of tackles for big gains. He never stops moving his feet, and with two more years to develop still, he could evolve into an elite prospect.

Another sophomore running back with a promising future, Reich rushed for 601 yards and 10 TDs on an impressive 8.7 ypc last fall. He also was an uber-productive target for his QB, as he brought down 313 receiving yards and 4 TDs through the air. On his tape, Reich is a patient runner who waits for the play to develop before exploding through a gap for a massive gain. He's a slippery back who can bounce off defenders and consistently proves how dangerous he is in open space. His straight-line speed impresses me and his pass-catching ability mimics that of a receiver. Moorhead's 2027 class is loaded and Reich is a dangerous piece of that offense.

A top performer from PrepRedzones Stock-Up Showcase in December, Sylvester put together some impressive film from last fall and it's easy to see how his stock continues to rise. On Sylvester's tape, he puts in WORK between the tackles. He does a great job of exploding through the line of scrimmage and he rapidly picks up speed once he hits that second level. He's got quick feet and can tiptoe through tight holes on the LOS and when he pumps his legs through contact he proves incredibly difficult to bring down. Keep an eye out for Sylvester in 2025, he's easily on breakout watch.

A junior who has put on impressive offseason performances at combines time and time again, Rothabuer looks to be a three-year starter who improves drastically every season. Perhaps his greatest strength as a QB is how versatile he can be. He's a good enough athlete to be able to take designed QB runs. At the same time, he can stretch the field deep and take a big hit in the pocket if it means delivering a strike across the middle. He's got a zippy release, solid footwork, and puts a fantastic touch on the ball at times. Rothbauer is an underrated QB to watch in 2025.

A ground-and-pound running back who rushed for 803 yards and 9 TDs during his junior year, Barnum also impressed by tacking on an additional 119 yards through the air. On his tape, Barnum proves to be a power-back who sees a lot of success running off-tackle. When Barnum hits a hole, he hits it hard. He'll tear through arm tackles, and boy does he make a big impact when he's asked to block. In the run game, he'll drive a defender clear out of frame, and in the pass, he'll stonewall a linebacker with ease. Barnum is fresh off an insane junior year, and I hope to see him build on it during his senior campaign.
