Maldonado was a favorite of mine before the showcase and he proved he is a division 1 caliber lineman last Friday. He is a stud at 6'5 and 290 lbs., very impressed with his measurable and his work during the individual sessions. Ill save my overall thoughts on the offensive line as a whole later, but Maldonado out of the Pennington School in New Jersey was hands down a top performer. One of the top ranked prospects in New Jersey for the class of 2026, I would imagine he is going to be high on FBS and FCS coaches radar.

[player_tooltip player_id='1521427' first='Maximus' last='Pelzer'] was a third team all camp selection with a loaded receiver room, this is nothing to hold your head down about. The receiver room brought it and when were debating all camp performers this position was the hardest for us to select. Pelzer had a nice evening out of Notre Dame High School in New Jersey. I would think his final season should lead to significant interest from Division 2 coaches and higher.

Big proponent of Matthew Benjamin and he nearly earned a top performer spot but just missed the cut. Regardless Benjamin is a Division 1 prospect for William Floyd High School, he more than proved that last week. He is 6'5 and 260 lbs. of solid muscle, the sky is the limit for the rising senior. Good testing numbers and second team all camp honors, this dude should be on many Division 1 coaches radar.

For the second camp in a row Westlake's Braylin Erdolino established himself as one of top performers for the wideout group. He continues to impress everyone with his size/frame and ability to create separation off the snap. Check out the tape below, he is 6'6 with wheels, looks like a Gronkowski 2.0 out their.

Perhaps the farthest commute anyone had on the night was New England bound Michael Traynor. The 6 hour plus ride (I am guessing here) did not slow this rising senior down one bit. Earning a third team all camp honors, Traynor had a good night. Big time prospect for New Fairfield Traynor is coming off a great junior season. Very accurate passer that is currently ranked 163 in the New England 2026 class.

I came away very impressed from how the Pennington School operates based on how many top performers they had at our showcase. Quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='510788' first='Cannon' last='Benzio'] was the MVP of a talented group, he had everyone buzzing with his accuracy. New Jersey Class of 2027 56th ranked prospect helped his stock immensely with his outing at Spooky Nook. He should start to get on FBS coaches radar if he isn't already, Benzio looks like the real deal.
